Story
Meet Memphis our 2 year old Rottweiler 🐶 Memphis was neutered in April of this year and is up to date on his shots. As a puppy he completed the initial obedience training at Camp Bow Wow. Memphis has been with us since he was 10 weeks old. He is great with kids of all ages and is currently in a home with 4 children from 2-11 yrs old. Memphis loves to play with his toys and run around with the kids. He is very fun to play with but can also be calm and cuddly. Memphis has been raised around other large dogs with no issues. We have not introduced him to small dogs so that experience is unknown. Although there are cats in our home that he grew up with, he unfortunately has developed a dislike for all cats and othersmall animals. We are looking for a home where he can get a great amount of love, cuddles and attention so that he can reach his full potential as the perfect companion. Would love to be able to keep in touch if possible 🫶🏻 Please reach out with any questions!

Story
When asked to describe Teddy, our volunteers responded "he's perfect, no notes".....and while we might be a little biased, we can say Teddy is pretty darn great. Teddy is a lover, a very sweet boy! He seems starved for attention but isn’t quite sure what to do with it when he gets it. You can tell he is young and eager to please, but occasionally he gets over excited. Teddy is very treat motivated but sometimes loses focus and needs direction. He'll need an adopter who understands his size and strength - even when he's full of energy! Teddy has just started to understand toys and how much fun they can be! He was very proud of himself when he discovered the rope toy....spending the next few minutes prancing around showing everyone what he had found. He has seen dogs through the fence and reacts loudly - lots of barking. We have not introduced him to dogs otherwise. Teddy does have itchy skin and will likely have lifelong allergy issues. Due to his size and his very big bark, we will not adopt Teddy to a family with an apartment. He's so easy to love and we know the perfect family is out there waiting! *Adopters must live in Central Indiana, no more than 45 min from downtown Indy *Please visit website for how to adopt: https://sketchymuttsandunderdogs.org/adopt *Please note that we do not operate on a first come first served basis.

Story
Have you been looking for a pup to laugh with you, cry with you, and most importantly cheer you up during your worst moments? Neo would make the perfect man for the job! Neo is a three-year-old dog who has been waiting to find the human who complements him best. Despite his young age, he has already been rehomed at least once and was most recently found as a stray. While he has enjoyed the new digs at HSHC, Neo thinks it’s about time he graduates from a kennel into a forever home.Neo has quickly become a staff favorite, with many saying he has the softest fur in the universe, gives the best snuggles you’ve ever had, and provides constant companionship whenever needed. He’s practically the staff therapy pup! Neo loves to run around and be goofy, but he can also settle down nicely and chill on the couch for hours. The great news is that Neo passed his cat test with flying colors, so if there’s a feline friend at home, they are likely to get along just fine. Plus, Neo absolutely loves sitting in laps, making him the perfect cuddle buddy.Neo isn`t just looking for a new family; he`s looking for a new best friend, companion, and someone to count on for the rest of his days. Do you think you’re the one for him?

Story
Woof! Woof! We are Harley Grace and Maisey, 4-year-old bonded sisters in immediate need of a new home together, if possible. While our parents love us very much, and have given us the best home, sadly we have to find new furever family. A little about us: we were found together at 4 weeks old outside of a barn in North Carolina. Our parents got us because our big sister needed friends in her later years in life. We loved playing with Bella until she crossed rainbow bridge and with our cousins; 3 German Shepards and 1 brown lab and still have play dates whenever we can. We love our human cousins too and love it when they want to throw our toys. We are both super loving, do everything together, & are just as happy chilling on the couch with Netflix as we are going on a car ride to the park. Our parents leave out full food bowls we graze on and love Milk Bones. We have always had a doggie door but are house trained and will let you know when we want to go out and smell the roses.
