Meet JoJo! This 4-year-old Rottweiler is on the lookout for her forever home. JoJo is a friendly, social butterfly who adores being around people. With her sweet personality and laid-back demeanor, she`s more into relaxation than high-energy activities. JoJo does have some gastrointestinal issues we are working on treating, and it is possible that she may need to be on medication long-term. JoJo has a strong love for treats and can be a bit enthusiastic about them, so we recommend a home with children 12 and older to ensure nobody accidentally gets their fingers nipped. She walks gently on a leash and would make the perfect companion to take for walks. She`s also been tested with other dogs and did well, so she might enjoy a furry sibling if it`s a good match! Introducing Stella! Stella is an 8-year-old Rottweiler mix searching for a cozy place to spend her golden years. Don`t let her age fool you though! She`ll still gladly chase after a tennis ball and set it right back at your feet to go again. Stella loves a good game of fetch. She is a well-mannered girl who loves her treats and she can even catch them! Stella walks well on a leash and is overall manageable. Stella would prefer to be the only pet in the home, although she could potentially have a doggie sibling as long as it is a good match. Stella is already house-trained and does well being left alone in the home. She has spent the last 8 years in a home and we hate to see her sit in a shelter. I was a transfer in from a local animal control facility. I had been an owner relinquish after they left me tied to a tree. KCHF scooped me up and got me scheduled for a spay, where they discovered that I had a mammary mass. It was removed and sent off for testing, where it showed positive for cancer, but a follow up chest x-ray showed that it hadn`t spread to my lungs yet! It seems like it was discovered just in time. Although I`m a senior, I have quite a bit of energy. I love to play, but I also ADORE rolling over and getting belly rubs. I show the best smile! I also stomp my back legs when I`m getting butt scratches because there is nothing better in the world than butt scratches. I`m ready for a retirement home that will treat me like the princess I know I am!
