Meet Peter!Peter is a very quiet, sweet, mild mannered boy. He spent his first 2 years of life in a shelter, so he’s a bit timid to new people and experiences at first, but he warms up with time. He is looking for an adopter with a quieter home, who is willing to work with him as he learns the outside world isn’t so scary. He has been making excellent progress and has been going for daily walks and rides in the car. He loves snuggling on the couch and being close to his person, and is enjoying learning all about dog toys!Peter was raised with his siblings, and does well with even his very small foster siblings. He would benefit from a home with another dog as he gains confidence. He plays very gently and takes his lead from the other dogs. He is medium to low energy. He has little spurts of playtime, & silliness but is mostly a Netflix & chill kind of guy! Peter is potty-trained and crate trained, but it also not destructive when left loose when his foster mom is gone.If Peter sounds like the dog for you, please fill out a no obligation application!

***Presley is heartworm POSITIVE as of January 14th and is on slow-kill treatment. She must be on Advantage Multi topical until she is heartworm negative. She can still be adopted at this time. We will supply adopter with 3 months of Advantage Multi to continue treatment until she is taken to a vet by adopter*** Presley is currently in a foster home at a rescue in Oklahoma. We are looking for a home in a state where people treat their animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport in one of the cities listed below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, she will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Presley is a female Rottweiler mix (with a full tail) and around 2 years old. -She came into the shelter of August 2023. -This sweet girl does well with other dogs -Quite playful -Loves to romp in the yard -Very friendly with people. We assume she would do well with kids but can test her -She can walk on a leash but does pull. -Can be cat tested upon request. -Video of Presley: https://youtube.com/shorts/of1pWCcgFzA?feature=share Presley is spayed, vaccinated (Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella), has been dewormed, a *positive* heartworm test as of January 14th and is on Advantage Multi for slow-kill treatment. Susie Q is currently in a foster home at a rescue in Oklahoma. We are looking for a home in a state where people treat their animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from one of the cities listed at the bottom. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, she will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Susie Q is a possible Rottie/Hound mix (we are unsure of exact breed mixes). -4 1/2 months old (February 1) and weighs 20-25 pounds. -Very social, loves everyone she meets -Leash trained -Crate trained -Loves to play with other dogs -Does have some "excitement pee", she dribbles a bit.
