Story
Meet Bella! Bella came to us as a stray who was not reclaimed by her owner :( She is a sweet and well mannered girl who just loves human attention and seems to be ok with some other dogs, but not all. She is fine with cats! Bella seems to be housetrained and keeps her kennels clean, and does not shred her bedding. She is 7 years old and believed to be a Rottweiler mix. Bella is not a fan of small children leaning and hugging on her, so may be best with a home with older children or adults only. Bella's adoption fee is WAIVED!!! FREE!!! and she is now spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm negative. Please call 630-553-9256 or email animalcontrol@Kendallcountyil.gov, OR stop by during our normal open business hours to meet Bella.

THANK YOU TO ANDREW & TINA HAUBERT FOR MAKING A VERY GENEROUS DONATION IN MEMORY OF THEIR ROTTIE, BRUNO. THIS DONATION WILL BE USED TO COVER PLACEMENT FEES FOR RALPH . RALPH – 1 year male. Ralphie is very much a puppy. He to learn some manners, but is very eager to learn and highly food motivated. With some structure and obedience training he will be a fantastic boy. Rottie has not met a person he does not like. When it comes to meeting other dogs, Ralphie likes to skip the meet and greet and go directly to play. A female his size would be best; he has not been cat tested. Ralphie is a very sweet boy who needs a family that will be committed to a puppy. If there are children in his new family, we recommend they are over the age of 8. If you are interested in including RALPH in your home, please go to our website http://www.recycledrotts.org/wp/?page_id=150 for the rescue location (Recycled Rotts is located in the far west suburbs of Chicago IL), placement policies/fee, placement area and the link to our online application. NOTE: We make calls to prospective adopters from our personal phones and always leave a message. If you do not answer numbers you don’t recognize, please check your messages.

Story
Meet Bruno! Bruno is a handsome Rottweiler mix looking for his forever family. Bruno can be nervous in new situations but quickly warms up...especially if you have a tasty treat in hand. He gets along great with other dogs and enjoys running in the yard with his canine friends. Bruno is hoping to find his new home soon. Could it be you? All Pet Central animals are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped (registration included), and current on parasite prevention. Dogs over six-months of age are heartworm tested. When adopting, we will ensure that you receive copies of veterinary and microchip records. If you are interested in this pet, please fill out the brief Adopter Survey by hitting "Apply for Adoption" on the profile. After we review your completed survey we will contact you by phone or email within three business days. We're primarily a volunteer organization, so we appreciate your patience. Please note- Out of respect for our volunteers and staff, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays and will not be processing any applications on that day. Do get back to us right away when we call or email regarding an application so that we can quickly connect using the process below: Select a pet and submit an online adoption survey. A PCH adoption counselor will contact potential adopters within three business days (PCH cannot guarantee any pet's availability, but we make every effort to accommodate adopters with a reply and possible alternative suggestions). Counselor and client will then have a conversation to answer questions, discuss any medical needs for the pet and determine the suitability of a match (if necessary, we may opt to put adopters in touch with foster parents). After a match is made, clients will be asked to sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee online through our secure payment system *Please see our modified no-risk return policy. (below) The PCH adoption counselor will then set up a specific appointment time and location. Adopters should bring a pet carrier and leash to pick up. Adult pets will be wearing a collar. It is important that clients arrive on time, neither early nor late.
