Meet Roy! He is an amazing boy who is going through a tough period in his life at the moment. Roy is available for foster to adopt, meaning that he needs to go into a foster home for a period of time and then will be adopted! He is awaiting surgery regarding his hip and acl, which will require a lot of recovery time and assitance once he recieves this surgery! Roy will need to remain in a foster while waiting for his surgery to come and during the recovery period- then, he is all yours! He is around two years old, 68lbs, neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, and ready to go home with you! Come meet Roy today!

Story
Charlie Brown was owned by a neighbor we did not know. The neighbor got very ill and went into hospice care. The owner's dad gave us permission to take Charlie Brown out of the house and try to rehome him. He is very sweet but not good with our cats. He was last at the vet in September of 2024, but we are taking him for a wellness check and a heartworm test. He has been bathed and has put on weight since we have taken him into our care. He knows how to sit and is responsive to the word "no." He is not food insecure and seems to get along with other dogs. He also is very good with my teenage kids, but i haven't seen him around younger children. He is leash trained and crate trained. He is 10 years old with no health problems. Very affectionate as well. I think he was a lap dog in a previous life :) He loves cuddles and laying by the fire on a cold day. We have his vet records and will update the file after taking him for the wellness check and heartworm test.
