Story
What a cutie. She was turned in to our local Animal Control (kill shelter) getting ready to have puppies. She did have her puppies and after they were old enough, we were able to get them out to rescue. Roxy was heartworm positive. She had to be spayed and treated. So our group took her and got her healthy and ready for the rest of her life. Great medium size dog.

Story
Introducing Daphne, a charming 8-month-old Rottweiler mix who is ready to find her forever family! 🐾🥰 With her striking features and warm personality, she captures the hearts of everyone she meets. Daphne is not just beautiful; she’s also incredibly intelligent and learns new commands and tricks with ease. Her quick wit makes training a fun and rewarding experience. Daphne has a delightful mix of snuggly affection and playful energy. Whether she's curled up beside you on the couch or bounding around in the yard, she brings joy and warmth to every moment. Her favorite activities include going for leisurely walks, where she can explore the world around her, and taking car rides, which she enjoys immensely. The thrill of the wind in her fur and the chance to discover new places makes her tail wag with excitement. One of Daphne's standout qualities is her gentle nature with children. She has a knack for connecting with them, making her an ideal companion for families looking for a loving pet. However, Daphne would prefer to be the only furry family member in the household. She craves all the attention and affection she can get, and being the sole pet allows her to form a deep bond with her human companions. Daphne is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and looking for a loving home where she can thrive and be showered with love and care. If you're searching for a loyal, snuggly friend who also has a playful spirit, Daphne might just be the perfect match for you. Open your heart and home to this sweet girl, and she will surely fill your life with endless affection and joy! ❤️ RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please go to: saveapreciouspaw@gmail.com

Story
Meet Chili Dog! This sweet girl will steal your heart! After a rough start in life, Chili is healing and thriving! Chili is full of kisses, cuddles, and tail wags! She loves people, going on walks, running around outside, and car rides. Chili is great in the car! Even though she loves to be active, Chili is also content to lounge around inside. When her foster parents work from home, she's happy to lay on her dog bed near by their desk. Chili is getting better on the leash and responds to commands such as: sit, stay, and come. She is "treat motivated and seems to get with responding to commands daily. Chili is wonderfully fully potty-trained. Her foster parents are happy to report she's never once had an accident. Chili is also crate trained. She responds quickly when told to go in the crate, although she would rather just lounge on the bed. Chili does well with other dogs she has met. She loves to play and would likely do well with another active companion dog but she would also do well as an only dog. We do not know if Chili has been around kids, although when walked past a playground, she excitedly watches the children and wags her tail. Chili does not like cats and would do best in a home without them. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. To apply directly for Chili click the "Apply for Adoption" button. https://www.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/FODS-A-541 All our dogs come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. This benefit includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers/behaviorists, as well as access to online materials that will help you settle your new family member into your home. You can text unlimited questions to Petcademy and they'll respond within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).

Story
They call me Exuberant, Handsome and Sweet but you can choose a new name for me when we adopt each other. I don’t care what you call me, as long as you call me. I’m a happy dog who loves people more than anything else in the world. I’m a 4+ year old mix, with a 22” collar and am very big and strong. The Vet said I weigh 73 pounds. Don’t let that scare you because I am just a mushy ball of love. I like to let everyone know how happy I am to see them by twirling around and wagging my tail as fast as it will go. This is usually when they call me Exuberant. I like to have fun. I’m such a good boy and I have good potty manners. I prefer being inside with people at night especially. Since I have a lot of energy and need exercise, your large fenced yard will be well-used. My foster peeps say I need a family, not a job. They know that I’m a quick learner and will be someone’s best dog ever. Because I’m big and young at heart, my new humans should have some experience with dogs and be able to work with someone of my stature. I promise I will try to do everything you ask enthusiastically. I don’t like loud booming noises (fireworks or dynamite) or gunfire but neither do most of my friends. Health wise, I am terrific; up to date on shots and tested negative for heartworms. Foster peeps say it means I will get my forever home very soon! Maybe it’s yours! FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea, Tick and Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed.
