Story
Dimid is a 3 year old brindle rottweiler mix. He is very shy with new people and takes some time to warm up to you. Once you're friends though, he's very sweet, sticks to you like glue and loves to play with you. He gets along well with female dogs and is more selective with male dogs.  Interested in adopting? Story
He is a beautiful boy. He is about 120 pounds. Still puppyish at 18-20 months old. We got him this year in April annd they guessed 8-10 months old. He is very tolerant and gentle with kids and kittens. Our daughters can quite literally poke him in the eye with no response. They constantly jump on him. They can grab his food dish with no response. He is constantly around 8 kittens and ducks. They rub on him and walk between his feet with no reaction. BUT he has killed chickens. He does overnights in the house when cold (no problem but never left him all day) but he is very much an outside dog. Very little time in the house. He knows sit, stay, down, leave it. He’s perfect in every way except he breaks down our fences and is too big of a cuddly bear

These pups are in Roseville, California too!

Story
Zorro is a handsome, 85 plus-pound, young Doberman (estimated DOB 12/22). He would love a home with an active family (older or no kids) who aren't gone for long periods. Ideal family would have breed experience, who are committed to continue his training, with a yard and a friendly dog buddy to play with. Zorro came to the rescue emaciated, malnourished, with parvo and a damaged eye which had to be removed. He has made an amazing recovery and has turned into a sweet, goofy, energetic boy who is learning how to be part of a family and a pack. Zorro is learning to walk politely on a power loop (halti style) leash. Despite his size he is a polite walking partner. That said he would need a good yard with a secure fence to romp in. And preferably a dog that is fun and playful as well as a good match for his size. He was curious about the cats in his foster home, but will chase if they run. He is doing well with not jumping up on people but small children would not be ideal. Zorro is excelling at working on basic training. He is smart and picking up things quickly. He is potty trained with a good, consistent schedule. He crates well. Zorro wish list 1. Yard with solid fencing. No apartments 2. Obedience training continued. 3. Active family. Daily walks and exercise 4. Another young well balanced playful dog 5. Experience with large powerful breeds preferred. Please email right away if you would like to learn more about this dog......and visit our website www.siarescuers.org to learn more about our rescue group. Story
Introducing London! She is a beautiful boxer/American bulldog mix (per dna test) who was out of time in the shelter. Her estimated dob is 3/1/24 and should be around 50 to 55lbs full grown. London is doing well.  She is a typical puppy who needs rules and boundaries. London needs proper introductions to strangers.  She is easily redirected to her toys and has been good about not chewing things in the house  She does like to dig a little and explore the yard.  She is doing great with the other pack members in the house and loves her visits to another foster to play with a group of youngsters!.  She is an exhuberant player. And London really likes the water! We are walking in the neighborhood daily.  She is also learning basic commands. She is now on to the Intermediate obedience class and is picking up the commands quickly.  London stays in a crate at night and when her foster mom is away from the house. Potty training has been conquered. And London uses a dog door.  Car rides are also going well.  Cats are unknown. London's wish list: 1.   secure yard 2.   no small children 3.   Obedience training ongoing 4.   Daily walks 5.   Continued socialization   6.   A playful dog friend would be good too!   Please email right away if you would like to learn more about this dog......and visit our website www.siarescuers.org to learn more about our rescue group. Adoption fees range from $350-$475 for dogs. THE DOGS SHOWN ON THE SITE ARE IN FOSTERCARE - WE DO NOT HAVE A SHELTER TO VISIT. EMAIL is the best way to reach us. Story
Meet Lola Bunny, a vibrant, adult dog with a heart full of energy. She is fiercely independent, always exploring her surroundings with unyielding curiosity. Her intelligence shines through in her ability to solve puzzles and challenges, often surprising those around her with her quick wit. Lola Bunny`s zest for life is infectious, making every day an adventure. Her independence does not overshadow her affectionate nature, as she enjoys the company of those who understand and appreciate her spirit. Lola Bunny should be adopted because she promises a life filled with laughter, adventure, and an unwavering companionship that only a dog of her caliber can provide. Because she likes her independence, we are recommending that any children in her new home are age 10 or older so they can understand her boundaries. She does not enjoy the company of other dogs, so she is required to be the only dog in her new home. She will also not be allowed to visit dog parks.Adoption Price: $250Monthly Promotion Applies
