According to volunteers, Roscoe is just a big smooshy puppy with zero spatial awareness and a super silly side! If you have a lap, he'll gladly "smoosh" himself into it. He is also very happy to pose for long photo sessions and he loves to give - and get - kisses. Roscoe is a playful boy who can't wait to romp and run with his buddy Romeo in the shelter's play yard and he is a good parallel-walker with our HSNB alumni superstar and resident pup-tester, Ari. He's the epitome of a teddy bear: cuddly, affectionate, and medium energy level from what we've been told. Here in the shelter setting, he can be a little wary of strangers at first, and needs time to warm up and approach at his own pace.
