Story
Bandit is the perfect combination of sweet and shy that makes your heart melt. While his pictures make him look big, he is actually a pocket sized rottweiler mix at about 55 pounds. He loves his trusted humans unconditionally and wants to shadow you whenever he can. Bandit is guaranteed to add lots of love, kisses and cuddles to your life. Where there is warmth you will find Bandit; warmth from the sun, from a heater, from a fur friend or from a human. He sometimes thinks he’s a lap dog and will plop himself on your lap for a nap, taking comfort in being with his human. Check out Bandit's video playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVb0fq1O6CwlJxEafkJcZ23qSb8i_8EPM He loves to play with his foster sister and sometimes looks quite goofy, which just adds to his charming personality. He is crate-trained, fully house-trained and walks well on a leash. He is highly treat motivate and is learning in foster care to do things like sit, lay down, stay, be a gentleman, and wait. Bandit has lived with small dogs, dogs his size, adult men, and adult women and has done well with all. He does take a moment to warm up to new people, sounds, and places but generally his reaction to these new scary things is to cower a little. Once he has warmed up, he loves to give his new friends kisses and cuddles. Bandit is always happy to see his humans when they come home and gives you all smiles. It is truly heartwarming to be part of his journey and to see his growth as a fearful dog. Bandit has been failed multiple times and was almost euthanized at Stanislaus Animal Services due to overcrowding and because everyone would pass right by this scared boy shaking in his kennel. Bandit deserves his forever family. If that might be you, be sure to fill out an adoption application: https://betterworldrescue.org/adoption-application/ Upon receipt of your application, one of our passionate volunteers will call you within one business day to answer any questions and schedule a meet. Story
Behaviors observed by this animal leads us to state the following:Zeus is a handsome male Rottweiler who`s as strong as his name suggests, but with a heart full of love for the right person. He`s a bit particular with both dogs and people, so he`s looking for a calm, experienced owner who understands his needs and can give him the time and space he needs to thrive. Zeus knows basic commands like `sit` and `shake` and is very treat-motivated, making him eager to learn more. He`s also toy-oriented and loves to play, but his laid back, easy going nature means he`s jusy as happy relaxing with his favorite person. He walks well on a leash, making him a great walking companion, and is ready to bond with someone who will appreciate his unique peronality. Children Recommendation: 10 & Up Personality Traits: Playful Walks Well on Leash Knows Sit Knows Shake Treat Motivated Toy Oriented Easy Going**If you are interested in this animal, please contact 209-831-6364 for further information****If you are interested in this animal, please contact a 501c3 Non-Profit Animal Rescue to help facilitate an adoption**

Hershey is the ultimate lover and cuddle boy. He wants to be with you and loved on! If you are sitting in a chair, he will either have his head on your lap or paw wrapped around your knee like he is hugging you. Hershey loves rubber toys and balls, but he really loves humans most of all! Check out Hershey's video playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVb0fq1O6CwmHTgoROGwHU3jRv8DRWDO8 Hershey is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. All Better World Rescue dogs qualify for complimentary private and/or group training to help ensure a successful adoption. If you would like to meet Hershey to see if he is a good fit for your family, please fill out our adoption application: www.betterworldrescue.org/adoption-application Upon receipt of your application, one of our passionate volunteers will call you within one business day to answer any questions and schedule a meet. Hershey is crate-trained and is fine being home alone for a while. Hershey is working on leash training and will need a family committed to helping him be his best self on the leash. Hershey is currently learning come, sit, and stay. Hershey is always very excited to see all humans, so his foster family is working on him jumping up in joy on his favorite people. Hershey is working on his house-training and is doing well with strict supervision. Hershey currently lives with a female rottweiler, young male Dutch shepherd, a senior shepherd that does not like to be bothered, and a 3 month old puppy. He is a true social butterfly in the dog world and gets along with just about everyone. He loves to be brushed, wiped down. Tolerated bath well and thought getting towel dried was a fun game. Loves treats just doesn't want to work for them in a toy.

Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Sadie is a very sweet girl that was found as a stray in rural Stockton. She can be a bit timid at first, but quickly rolls over for belly rubs once she gets to know you. Since she was a stray we don't know too much about her, but we think she is about 1 1/2 years old based on her teeth. It doesn't appear that she has been leash trained, but she is still young enough to train and we think she will be a smart girl. The person who found her said that she rides very well in the car and didn't make a peep. Once she is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped, she will be ready to go home for an adoption fee of $300.00. Her spay appointment is scheduled for 7/9. Apply today for a chance to meet her! Please visit our website www.petsnpals.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.
