Hey there! Im River (or Etta, if you prefer)a 2-year-old Rottweiler mix with a whole lot of love, smarts, and personality. Ive got a look that turns heads, with one mesmerizing blue eye, one brown eye, and ears that stay on high alert (always ready to hear "good girl"). I get along great with other dogs and even cats, so Id fit right in with a multi-pet household. Housebroken and loaded with some impressive obedience tricks like sit and shake, Im eager to learn even moreespecially if treats are involved! I was living with a wonderful couple, but life took an unexpected turn, and they had to move to a place where I couldnt go. Now, Im on the hunt for an active family who will give me the space, exercise, and love I need. In return, Ill give you the whole package: loyalty, snuggles, companionship, and so much fun that boredom wont stand a chance. Ive got a sharp mind and can solve puzzles and games faster than youd believe. I love to run, jump, fetch, and exploreits all part of the fun for me! Brave and protective, Ive always got your back, but Im also friendly and love making new friends. He’s a sweet gentle loving boy, he’s around 18 months I have had him about 6 months as I found him at work where someone dumped him in the country. It breaks my heart that I have to get rid of him but moving to a place that does not allow animals. He is not an attack dog he will alert when people are around but he is not aggressive in any way he’s a big snuggle boy. He uses the dog door and is house trained, loves treats and laying his head against you wanting to be rubbed. Please do not get him if you intend to make him aggressive as you will be disappointed because he’s a big gentle boy who has been around a shepherd and a small terrier and has never once expressed any type of aggression. I am preying someone will give him a good loving home and he will return that love in full. He is not a runner I let him in my front yard he stayed close by and pays no attention to other people or animals and he does not like car rides as I believe it brings memories of being abandoned. Thank you
