Molly is a smart, well-mannered and obedient Doberman-whippet mix. We got her from a local animal shelter in 2017. She is protective of her home and family. I have been trying to recover from a back injury that is taking much longer than I had hoped, and that coupled with the attention my two young children (three-year-old and a newborn) require, has meant that we can't provide Molly the attention she needs (I physically cannot walk her and my wife doesn't have the time or energy) and I can tell it is affecting her. She has become withdrawn and spends most of her time alone instead of with us like she used to.
