Story
Nala is a nice young dog born around 3-10-23 and @40-45 lbs. Looks like she has some boxer. Very social with people and dogs. Her best friend is a male her size and age, Irish.  Really sweet girl who loves her people. She can be shy with new people, but she will warm up with attention. She is much smaller than most Rottweiler mixes but she looks like a Rottweiler.  Found as a stray at 2 months old.   *Note that young dogs and pure breeds are at the highest end of our prices.* Please find our applications and valuable information under  "Adopt a dog"* on our website:  *www.beaglesandbuddies.com* and email your application to beaglesandbuddies@gmail.com. Let us know your preference of appointment day/time and which dogs you are interested in and we will do our best to accommodate and email you the closest appointment available. Please allow us up to a week to get back to you. Most appointments will be Friday-Sunday, 10 am - 2 pm, for an hour. *Note bring any other dog/s and the entire family to your meet and greet at B&B.* A complimentary training manual is included with each adoption, authored by terristeuben.com. Check out her website - she is fabulous! B&B is glad to be open during the pandemic. We know the value and comfort of a loving pet companion and are doing our best to help the dogs and folks who need them. We update our website daily and are always rescuing, vetting, rehabilitating, socializing. &#226&#128&#139 Are you my furrever family? For further info on the adoption process, please visit our home page and check out the "Adopt a Dog" section, which has thorough instructions.  All our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and  fully vaccinated before adoption; they have been wormed, bathed, socialized, walked daily and much loved; each adoptee leaves with a leash, collar, and all medical records.   Our prices are higher than the shelters' because we nurse the dogs through their illnesses and get them needed surgeries and dentals. We also spend time socializing. Furthermore, unlike shelters, rescues do not get financial aid from the government and must rely on donations, grants, and adoption fees. Our fees for adults start at $150 and usually go up to $750. Young adults that are high in demand may be a little over $750.00. For puppies and purebreds, we charge up to $1000. The lower end is for dogs who have been here a while. The good news is that, because rescues fall under the "charity" category, the fees for our dogs are officially donations and are therefore tax deductible. You can think of it as donating to a worthy cause and getting a dog in return!  Sponsor Me Beagles & Buddies must find ways to raise money so we can continue saving dogs. Your tax-deductible donation keeps our rescue kennel operating!  Hours Friday:  10 am to 3 pm Saturday:  10 am to 3 pm Sunday: 10 am to 3 pm Monday: CLOSED Tuesday: CLOSED Wednesday: CLOSED Thursday: CLOSED &#226&#128&#139 Weekday appointments may be available.  We are a small staff and do our best to accommodate your needs. **Note that during COVID, we are not holding open houses on any day. Please email us for an appointment and include your application (found on our website, beaglesandbuddies.com, under "Forms"). Most appointments will be Friday through Sunday, though other days may also be available. We usually schedule one appointment per hour. Allow 1-2 hours for your appointment. Story
Cielita is a 4 year old rottweiler, 71 lbs. Sweet, friendly girl. Leash trained. Good with big dogs- she came with a male German shepherd (Angelito) and is great friends with him. She does best with submissive male dogs, and not female dogs, since she's a dominant female. Story
Hello, my name is Baby. I am a large 8-yr old Rottweiler mix. My "brothers" Loving, Bailey, and Bashful are some of the rescues longest residents. We were relinquished by a backyard breeder and had very little socialization so people were very scary for us. The trainer has spent lots of time helping us learn to trust people and we are now ready to find a home with owners who will love us for the rest of our lives. I am considered the sweetheart of the group. I love getting treats, having my butt scratched, and giving nose boops and kisses. I would like to be your couch companion and just hang out with you as much as I possible. Joint supplement and daily walks will keep me healthy and happy. I am not a good fit for families with small children or animals. For more information or an adoption appointment, please call or text 661-839-2200.

Story
Hiya, I'm Loving! I am a large 10-yr old Rottweiler mix. My "brothers" Bailey, Bashful, and Baby and I are some of the rescues longest residents. We were relinquished by a backyard breeder and were never socialized with people. With lots of help from the rescue volunteers and the trainer, we are now much more trust of humans and ready for forever loving adult-only homes. Despite my name, I'm not exactly the cuddly type. I am friendly though and love going for walks and just being around you. I am a tub guy like my brothers and like to spend time getting wet! I am also really into treats and will excitedly run around in circles in anticipation of them. Like most senior dogs, I don't need much except love, patience, and understanding (oh and joint supplements are also appreciated). If you are in the market for a dutiful and appreciative friend, I would be delighted to fill that role. To make an appointment to meet me, please call or text 661-839-2200. Thank you!

Story
I am a big, strong, loveable boy. I love squeaky toys and playing fetch. I also love long walks, eaar scratches, and giving kisses. I would love a big yard to play in. I walk nicely with an easy walk harness. Because of my size, I would do best in a home with older children and a strong handler. I would also prefer to be the only pet, so I can get all the love and attention.
