Story
My name is Bear and here is a little info about me:Breed: RottweilerAge: 2 yrsGender: maleWeight: 55 lbsHeight: tbdHighlights: extremely loving, affectionate, curious, energeticLot of energy, this may help...https://links.goodpup.com/shelter/LALDR I am extremely loving and affectionate once I know you. I can be shy when meeting strangers but it doesn't take me long to consider you my new best friend. My previous owners bought me from a breeder with the intent of breeding me. They did not train me or exercise me so I got my energy out the only way a puppy can, by getting into mischief. This resulted in me being kept in a crate or a tiny hallway with the door shut. I was even hit on occasion resulting in me being very timid around the people who should have been showing me love. Once I was no longer a puppy my family lost all interest in me to the point that I was very close to being euthanized. I wisely ran away and found a loving person who contacted LALDR who immediately took me in. I am now in a foster home and am deliriously happy there.  I'm nervous around new people and other dogs and I am a bit too curious about cats so a home without a cat would be great. I am a very gentle and loving soul. My first foster mom said I am just about perfect except that her cat wouldn't come home when I was there. I was moved to a marvelous home with my foster dad and his other couple of dogs and I'm fitting in well.  I love going for walks so an active home would suit me best I am a very high energy dog. I also love going to the dog park and playing with other dogs. Here's a video of me being, well, just plain cute: https://youtu.be/V0vL2SLcUVI. And I certainly know how to give lovins', kiss kiss kiss: https://youtu.be/SqWCw3sGJys. Here I am, not caring I have a cone on after neutering : https://youtu.be/AzTt3EUPBqA. Energy Level: medium highI get along with:Dogs: yesCats: noKids: no Training: My owners didnt bother training me so I don't know much yet. But I am an eager and quick learner. I want nothing more than to please my person.LAL has set up 1 week of free training for me:  https://links.goodpup.com/shelter/LALDR Leash skills: I can walk on a leash, but I am so excited for freedom that I pull. My foster mom is helping me learn my leash manners.  House trained: Yes. Health notes:  I am small for my breed. It is possible my growth was stunted by poor nutrition and by living in a crate too small for me. So I am a mini Rottweiler and just as cute as can be.  My adoption fee is $800 plus taxes. I will be neutered, vaccinated and microchipped prior to adoption.  ##1798603##

Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to Vancouver or Toronto💟 Meet Genie🪄 *People: She really loves people! She wags her tail and approaches even strangers! She’s a sweetie who shows affection and asks her family to play with her 🩷 *Dogs: When she meets dog friends during walks, she’s a gentle pup who sits and waits to greet them 🐕 *Separation Anxiety: When given a nose work toy before leaving, she focuses on the treats! Sometimes she waits by the door and falls asleep. *Potty Training: 90% accuracy! She's still a puppy, so she's continuing to learn, and Jeannie is doing well with it! Occasionally, she has an excitement pee, but it's improving. *Walks: Since her vaccinations aren’t complete, she's only taking light sniffs outside for now! *Hygiene: She doesn’t like baths, but she endures them well 🧼 *Car Sickness: She used to whine in the car, but it seems to be getting better. 💌 Special Notes💌 Since she is still young, training may be needed for separation anxiety, potty training, biting, whining, mischief, howling, and barking. Since her father is unknown, it's hard to predict shedding or her adult size. She doesn’t bark at all, but if she needs something, she whines softly. If you don’t give her food or don’t pay attention to her, she may let out a small “woof!” During her teething phase, she used to chew on baseboards and doorsteps, but after being redirected to toys, the frequency has decreased, and she’s also biting hands and feet less recently! She’s learned "sit," "shake," "nose," and "V"! She’s currently learning "spin" and "lie down"! 😎 ❤️ Foster's Instagram: @little_jini

Story
Rose is a very special girl. She came to us as a stray that was in need of some serious help. She had no ID for us to trace and she was never claimed by anyone. She arrived in our care with a very bad skin condition. She had scratched herself raw in places that and she was terribly uncomfortable. We had Rose vetted right away to get her some relief from the intense itchiness she was suffering from. The vets realized right away that she had been suffering from allergies that weren't address for a long time, causing a major secondary skin infection. Since receiving medical attention, Rose's skin and coat have hugely improved, revealing her vibrant and playful personality. She delights in engaging with toys and enthusiastically participates in games of tug-of-war with our staff, albeit sometimes with a bit too much gusto, leading to occasional toy destruction. She also loves our outdoor baby pool on a hot day! Her splishing and splashing will provide you endless entertainment While Rose has encountered many dogs during her time with us, she seems to be reactive to most. Her compatibility with cats remains unknown, but her inclination to chase may suggest a less-than-ideal match. To manage her allergies, Rose is currently on a hypoallergenic diet and requires ongoing medication (Cytopoint monthly injections) prescribed by our veterinarians. We are hopeful that her allergies and skin condition can be managed with less medication overtime now that she is back on track. Despite these needs, Rose's affectionate nature and lively spirit make her a cherished companion for the right family willing to provide her with the care and attention she deserves.Thank you for your interest in adopting!
