Story
I’m a sweet, food-loving little girl with a heart that’s overflowing with love—and I’m just waiting for someone to love me right back. I adore attention, love being close to my people, and I’ll happily follow you around, your loyal little shadow, soaking up every moment together.I’m potty trained and eager to please, and I take my role as your devoted companion very seriously. I’m still learning how to let you know when I need to go outside, but with a little patience and guidance, I’ll get it in no time. All I really want is a forever home—a place where I feel safe, cherished, and truly part of a family. I dream of the day I can curl up next to you, give kisses, and show you just how much love I have to give. If you’re looking for a devoted, affectionate companion who will fill your life with warmth and joy, I might just be the one. 🐾💖

Story
Meet Confetti — A Gentle Rottweiler Looking for Her Forever Home Hi there… my name is Confetti, and even though my story started out a little sad, I’m hoping it ends with you. I’m about three years old, full of love, and ready to find a family who will see me for the sweet, wiggly girl I am. Just before Christmas, I found myself alone and wandering, and I ended up at the county pound as a stray. I waited and waited, hoping someone would come looking for me, but no one ever did. I didn’t understand why, but I kept my heart soft and my tail ready to wag. Then something wonderful happened — Central Arizona Animal Rescue came and pulled me out of the shelter so I could have a second chance. I’ll stay here with them until the perfect home comes along. Maybe that home is yours. A Little About Me I may be a Rottweiler, but I’m more of a leaning, wiggling, gentle lovebug than anything else. When you pet me, I like to lean my whole body against you — it’s my way of saying “I trust you” and “please don’t stop.” And when I wag my tail, well… my whole body joins in. I can’t help it. Happiness just takes over. I’m a little camera shy, so I might look serious in photos, but in person I’m soft, sweet, and eager to be close. I’m still learning that the world is safe and that people want to love me, but every day I open up a little more. What We Know (and Don’t Know Yet) I’m very gentle and submissive, so the rescue thinks I’d probably be good with kids, though we haven’t tested that yet. We don’t know how I feel about other dogs or cats yet — I haven’t had the chance to meet them in a safe, controlled way. I’m about three years old, which means I’m past the puppy chaos but still young enough to learn, grow, and bond deeply with my new family. A Bit About My Breed Rottweilers like me are known for being loyal, intelligent, and deeply devoted to our families. We’re often misunderstood because of our big heads and strong bodies, but inside, many of us are soft-hearted companions who just want to be close to our people. We’re working dogs by nature, which means we love having a purpose — whether that’s learning new tricks, going on walks, or simply being your steady, loving shadow. With proper guidance, kindness, and structure, Rottweilers become some of the most reliable and affectionate dogs you’ll ever meet. I’m already well on my way — I just need someone who will help me continue to blossom. What I’m Hoping For I’m dreaming of a home where someone will look at me and see more than a stray who was forgotten. I want someone who will see my gentle eyes, my wiggly tail, and my hopeful heart. Someone who will give me time to settle in, patience as I learn, and love that lasts forever. If you’re looking for a dog who will adore you, lean into you, and celebrate every moment by shaking her whole body with joy, I might be your girl. Want to Meet Me? I’d really love that. Please email mike@caaronline.org to set up an appointment. I can’t wait to meet the person who will finally take me home.     PLEASE e-mail (do not call) mike@caaronline.org for more information and to set up an appointment to adopt. Do not e-mail us with a request to call you, if you have a question, please ask in the e-mail.   All dogs are adopted on a first come - first served basis. Story
Young Rottweiler male probably around 10 months old. He know sit, down, come, wait, spin, paw, and loves to show off his talent for a treat. Good with people and other dogs that he is introduced to properly. Knows basic obedience and walks well on a leash with a training collar. He is potty trained, crate trained and he does not mark everything he sees. All of our dogs would benefit from ongoing training.he is going to make someone so happy. Our Adoption Process... If you are interested in adopting one of our fun loving not so rotten rotties, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire that will allows us to get to know you better and to make sure the dog you are looking at is a good fit for your family and lifestyle. You can access our questionnaire by going to our website, www.rottenrottie.com click on the forms tab, and fill out the questionnaire and submit it online. After we review your answers, if we feel that the dog that you are interested in, is not a good fit for you and your family, we may recommend a different rottweiler companion. After we determine which Rottweiler(s) is the best for you, we will set up a time so that you can meet him or her at their house, where they will feel most comfortable and act as they normally do. We will require a home check to make sure the dog is going to a good home. An adoption contract will be signed to finalize the adoption and we do ask for a rehoming fee of $500 for most adults, $350 for most of our seniors 6 years and above for any rottweiler mix of any age (except puppies) . Our fees for puppies fluctuate depending on how much we had to invest into them or their litter, and weather they are purebred or a mix. These funds are necessary so that our organization may continue to rehome rottweilers. ALL of our dogs are sterilized, fully vaccinated and microchipped, heartworm tested negative and come with a collar and a leash. We have also addressed any injury or illness that they had when they came to us, or received in foster care. These problems will be disclosed to the adopter prior to adoption. please be advised that in almost all cases we will not adopt our dogs to folks who live in different states. On rare occasion, if we feel that it is a PERFECT for both you and the dog, we sometimes will break that rule for our neighbors who live in Las Vegas. If you live in Vegas and would like us to consider you, please fill out an application.
