Story
George originally came to us from our GA rescue partner and has settled in his foster home in Binghamton, NY. He is now about 7 months old, and we believe he’s a Jack Russell mix, though we’re not entirely sure. Weighing a bit under 20 lbs, George won’t be getting much bigger. George is a happy, spunky little guy who gets along well with dogs, cats, and kids. He is a bit excitable, so he might be best with kids aged 5 and up as he’s still learning that not everyone wants to be jumped on. George loves to play and chew toys, and he would enjoy having a compatible-sized doggy companion. He is doing well with learning his puppy basics, including housebreaking, and is ready for a family of his own! All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, micro-chipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary.  Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies.  Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England.  Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada.  Visit www.pmarinc.org for more information, and to fill out an application.
