🎄 Meet Boq (Monkey) — Hoping for a Home by Christmas! 🎁 Monkey is a 2-year-old, 10-pound sweet, medium-energy velcro pup dreaming of a patient, loving family this holiday season. He bonds deeply, loves to cuddle, and may get a bit protective of his person — he just wants someone to feel safe with. 🐾 What Makes Monkey Merry & Bright: • Potty trained • Great with dogs (best buddies with a 40 lb female) • Rides well in the car • Okay in a crate • Loves walks, sniffing, window-watching, and hanging in the yard • Lets you wipe his paws • Starting to enjoy toys • Not destructive (supervised with free roam) • Current on vaccinations and neutered 🎅 His “No-Thank-You” List: • No cats — big prey drive • Squirrels = sworn enemies • Scared of loud noises (vacuum, electric toothbrush) • Nervous with new people — men and women; may growl/hide around visitors 👶 Kids: Unknown — he hasn’t been around children. ✨ Christmas Wish: A patient adopter who can show him the world isn’t so scary. With time, love, and gentle reassurance, Monkey will be the most loyal companion by your side. 👉 Apply to meet Boq: https://www.underdogrescueranch.com/adopt

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Mocha is a joyful, playful pup who absolutely adores people and other dogs. Her favorite activities include tug-of-war, chasing her doggy friends while they fetch the ball, and splashing around in any water she can find — even her water bowl in her crate! She’s crate trained and quiet when resting, and she’s fully potty trained, able to hold overnight for up to 10 hours. Mocha thrives outdoors, especially when she gets to swim — she’s a true water lover! Still growing and learning, Mocha knows basic commands and would benefit from continued training to help her shine even brighter. She’s looking for an active family who can keep up with her energy and enthusiasm, and she’d be thrilled to have some fur siblings to play with. If you’re ready for a fun-loving, water-obsessed companion who will bring endless joy to your home, Mocha might just be your perfect match! Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.    Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost. Story
💜 Meet Violet! 💜 Violet is a sweet, soulful girl with the softest eyes and the biggest heart. This lovely lady is a bit on the curvy side right now (she’s been enjoying life!), and she has some mild stiffness in her back legs related to early joint changes. Violet still gets around well and enjoys her daily routines—she just benefits from a steady pace, comfy bedding, and support in maintaining a healthy weight. Most days, her comfort can be managed with low-impact exercise and routine care, but adopters should know that if her clinical signs worsen or cannot be comfortably managed, Violet may require an exploratory arthrotomy in the future. With attentive care and lots of love, Violet will thrive as a loyal, gentle companion. She’s happiest relaxing nearby, soaking up affection, and sharing quiet moments with her people. If you’re looking for a calm, loving best friend for cozy days and leisurely strolls, Violet may be the perfect match. 🐾💜 - Around 2 years old - Currently 28lbs and going down - Good with kids, cats and dogs - Adoption fee: $300 To inquire about this dog, please email dogs@adoptapetfenton.com. Include information about your family and pets, what you are looking for in a canine companion, how you plan to exercise and train this dog, and why this specific dog seems like a good fit for your family. Those who provide the previous information will be considered first for this canine. Please do NOT call our center. This will help us match you and the animal the best we can. We usually respond via email within 24-48 hours; please check your spam folder if you don't hear from us. Dog adoption fees include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine (if age-appropriate), distemper/parvo combination vaccine, leptospirosis vaccine (if age-appropriate), bordetella vaccine, deworming, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm preventative, flea preventative, a dental cleaning (if necessary), and a microchip. Future vaccines, tests, and treatments will be the responsibility of the adopter.
