WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Sansa - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! My name, Sansa, in Romania meaning 'chance'. My chance for a loving home and family, my chance to shine!! I was found by a library dumpster, hoping against all hope that someone would find me. I sure enough was and I was deemed the name Sansa! I am a tad bit shy at first meet but it won't be long before I'm following you...everywhere!! I'm only a youngster at around a year old so I have a lot of learning to do about this big ole world yet as new and loud noises makes me a little nervous. I am playful and have a little bit of a goofy side to me. I love playing with my 'sibling' pups and do great with people once I get to know them. I love playing with my toys especially the ones that go 'squeak'!! I'm also quite fond on getting pets on the forehead and my back legs. At about 20lbs I'm a pawsome size for being that companion pup for someone that works from home or is retired. My ideal home would to be part of a family that will have lots of time to give me lovins and attention. I could even do great being that adventure companion! I have so much love to give along with my playful nature (and this cutest little underbite going on) that you just cant' help but want to squeeze me in big hugs!! To get in all those hugs, you just need to fill out my adoption application...today, please!!!!

Story
I am in a foster home - you must make an appointment to see me. Hello! Meet Frank the Puggle! Frankie is a 3 month old puggle that is in a foster home. Frank has stayed with adult dogs, a cat that he likes to chase and has been around children. Frankie is crate trained but will still need some help with house training. Frank loves to play and run - he has a lot of energy in his little body. Frank is a cuddler and does love to snuggle with his favorite person. Few can resist a puppy. These adorable, soft bundles of energy are similar to four-legged children with tails. And like children, puppies need a lot of time, care, love, and patience. A puppy will depend on you for frequent and regular feedings and walks, for guidance and training, and for much of your time and your love. Before you plunge into puppy parenthood, make sure to research! There are many rewards to caring for a puppy, but there are also many requirements. Puppy classes are highly recommended for socialization and a positive transition into your home. Puppies love to learn how to be the best dog for your family! If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog`s better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict. The Adoption Fee Includes:- initial canine distemper combination vaccination- first worming or stool check- rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age)- 24 Petwatch microchipping- flea treatment/preventative- spaying or neutering-heartworm testingAdoption fee: $235.00Per state law, ALL ADOPTERS must purchase a non-refundable 2024 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older. The cost of the license is $9.20. (Senior Citizen or Person with Disability-$7.20)All dogs come with free leash and collar.

Story
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SALTINE, PLEASE GO TO OUR WEBSITE TO READ ABOUT THE ADOPTION PROCESS AND FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. www.furkidrescue.org Saltine was found as a stray in Mississippi. Saltine is a little lover- he loves to cuddle! He sleeps in bed every night and is right up against his foster mom. He gets along well with the resident dogs and likes to ride in the car. He is food obsessed. He most likely was not fed regularly, and he inhales food. A slow feeder bowl is a must. He will also push resident dogs right out of their bowls and inhale their food- so he will need to bed fed separately from other pets and have their food kept away. A home that “free feeds” current pets will not work for Saltine. He is house trained, but he does “leg lift” in the home on occasion. Due to have such pronounced Bulldog legs, he is not going to be running partner, but would love a walk!
