EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD DOG ALERT!! Howdy folks, my name is Highland and I am a very chill Boxer/Pug mix about 3 years old, only 27 lbs, and a sweet, sweet boy. I get along great with everyone, a little shy with new people at first, but I’m great with kids, and make friends easily with other dogs and kitty cats. I was found in Von Ormy Texas, hanging out at a gas station where I was dumped. A few days later a very nice lady picked me up and now I am vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and ready to find a forever home! I love the outdoors and sunbathing on a pretty day. I’m not big into playing but will join in with the other foster dogs for about 5 or 10 minutes of fun, but I’m more of a kicked-back sort of dude who would rather observe or follow my foster mom around while she works. I think barking is silly so I don't do it. I’m well-behaved and housebroken, and I taught myself how to use a doggy door by watching the other dogs. I love walks and car rides and chewing on bully sticks. My foster mom says I stand out in the crowd of other foster dogs, forever dog material, and a total Keeper!
