Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Taffy is ready to find her forever home!  Taffy is an 8 month old Boston/Pug/Shiba mix that was surrendered to us from a breeder.  We don't know if this was an attempt to make a new designer breed or an accidental litter but she is a cute little girl!  She weighs 13 pounds.    Meet Taffy, the fun little pup who’s sure to steal your heart! With her super soft, jet-black coat and adorable, goofy ears, she looks like a little bat. Taffy loves to romp around and enjoy the outdoors, especially when the weather is good. While she might be a bit shy at first, her sweet nature shines through as she bows down and showers your fingers with kisses!   She’s just beginning to discover the joys of being a pet, and we can already tell she’s on her way to becoming a spoiled little princess. Taffy is crate trained, but she hasn’t quite mastered leash training yet. She is making good progress with house training in her foster home, where she has a fully fenced yard. She is also doing well with potty pads.   Taffy gets along beautifully with other dogs and loves to play. She enjoys cleaning their ears if they let her! She might bark at the cats in her foster home, but we think that’s just her being curious since she’s not used to them yet. Plus, she might just enjoy hearing her own voice!   This energetic girl is always on the move, making it a challenge to snap a good photo! Taffy would truly enjoy having another dog as a companion in her forever home, but it’s not a must. She’s had experience living with kids and did just fine, though she might feel a little nervous in a bustling environment. Overall, Taffy is a bright and cheerful girl, ready to be your very best friend! Taffy is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $450  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 29, 2024, 11:59 am

Story
Foster to adopt home needed Hi everyone I’m Otis. I’m a 4 month old Puggle who came from a puppy mill. I can be shy with new people at first, this is why I’d prefer a foster to adopt home so that I can settle into my surroundings. I’m a goofy guy once I open up but it might take me a few days.  My neuter is scheduled for this Tuesday and then I’ll be looking to settle into my new home. I am dog friendly, working on house training, working on crate training - although I am not a huge fan, so someone who is patient and understand it will take time is best. I love to sleep in bed at night with my current foster.  Applications for adoption can be completed on our website: allieandpalsrescue.org/adopt ##2242057##
