Story
Hi there, I am Homero, and if you cannot already tell by my very dignified name, I am quite the character. I am about four years old, a tall pug with a not-so-smooshed face, which means I breathe easier than most of my squishy-nosed cousins. I like to think it gives me a distinguished look… and a pretty good snore. I am a lively fellow with a whole lot of energy, and sometimes that big excitement comes out in ways that are a little confusing to other dogs. I get along with them just fine, but every now and then I forget to regulate my enthusiasm. I promise I am not a mean guy—I just feel things with my whole heart and sometimes my whole body. Toys, playtime, and romping around with dog friends all make me incredibly happy, and I would love a family who enjoys my zest for life. Now, I do have one strong opinion: cats are extremely chase-able. I do not want to live with them, and I do not trust myself to resist the urge to zoom after those mysterious floofy creatures. I came all the way from Mexico, so English commands are still new to me. I am a smart boy, though, and I am learning every day. I was recently neutered, so I have had a bit of a marking issue, but other than that I am pretty much potty trained. With routine and a little patience, I will get the rest sorted out too. Oh—and my voice? It is big. Very big. I bark to say hello, to say “look at that,” and sometimes just to share my thoughts. The good news is I do settle down once I know everything is safe and everyone is listening. If you are looking for a goofy, lovable, energetic companion who will shower you with affection and keep you laughing, I think we might be a perfect match. Come meet me—I would love to show you my happy dance and soak up some pats. Adoption fee is $350 + tax; please apply at www.campcompanion.org

Story
Oliver is a charming little pug who just arrived from Mexico, where he was found as a stray. Even with an unknown past, he is a playful, happy boy who is clearly ready to settle into a loving home. Oliver is an affectionate, snuggly guy who loves attention and prefers to be close to his people. He enjoys being part of whatever you are doing, whether that is playtime or relaxing together. His cheerful personality and people loving nature make him a joy to have around. One thing to know about Oliver is that he is not a fan of snow and will be happiest in a home that keeps him warm and cozy, just the way a pug prefers. Oliver would do best in a home where he can be included in daily life and get plenty of love and companionship. If you are looking for a sweet, people focused companion, Oliver could be the perfect fit. Adoption fee is $350+tax, please apply at www.campcompanion.org

Tracy loves attention and truly thrives when she is near her people. She is snuggly, affectionate, and happiest curled up close or following you from room to room. She has a cheerful personality and enjoys playtime, but she is also content to relax and soak up all the love she can get. One important thing to know about Tracy is that she is definitely not a fan of snow, so she will be looking for a home that understands her pug preferences for warmth and comfort. Story
Meet Gordo, a lovable 5-year-old pug with a big heart and an even bigger personality. Gordo came to us from Mexico, where he was found as a stray. When he was discovered, he had a previously broken front leg that was already healed. It doesn’t bother him at all — most people wouldn’t even notice, except for his adorable little waddle that only adds to his charm. Gordo is a happy, affectionate boy who thrives on companionship. He truly needs another dog or a very present human in his new home, as he gets lonely when left by himself. Having a companion helps him feel safe, relaxed, and content. This sweet pug loves being close to his people and soaking up attention. He enjoys being part of daily life and will happily follow you from room to room. Gordo is also great with cats, making him a wonderful fit for a multi-pet household. One thing to know about Gordo — Minnesota winters are not his thing. Snow and cold are not his favorite, and he will be happiest in a warm, cozy home with quick potty breaks when the weather turns chilly (very on-brand for a pug). Gordo would do best in a home where he won’t be alone often and can enjoy plenty of companionship and snuggles. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving pug with an irresistible waddle and a gentle soul, Gordo could be your perfect match. Adoption fee is $350 + tax. Please apply at www.campcompanion.org 🐾💙
