Meet Paddy! Ok ….. prepare to FALL IN LOVE with “Paddy,” he’s the cutest pug mix you’ve seen in a bit - we think he’s a pug/dachshund mix but that’s not official. Course he is pretty short, longer body, pug features and you can’t see it in his swimmong pic today but his tail curls in a tight pug loop! He’s outgoing and so happy and swims like a fish. This little gal is Siena! She arrived at the shelter as a lost dog with her buddy, Venice, on 11/14. No one has come to reclaim this adorable duo, so they're searching for a new, forever home. They're just the most precious pups; very friendly and loving! The volunteers have discovered Siena and Venice are treat-motivated, which is great because they'll be eager to learn new things in exchange for yummy treats! We'd love to see them adopted together because they seem to be quite smitten with one another. And as we always say, two dogs are better than one! If you have room in your heart and home for these sweethearts, please come meet them today. Siena is approximately 10 months old, and she weighs 17 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines, and she will be spayed, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Siena is waiting in run 835; her ID # is 6236. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Do Not Apply for a pet with PENDING in the name bar. They have been matched with a home, but not adopted yet. Pansy is 4 months old and weighs 8 lbs. She is an adorable chubby girl with a sweet pug personality. She is a little shy when she meets you but warms up quickly. There are no known health issues. She was surrendered by a breeder and she is currently in boarding in the midwest. Adoption fee is 950.00 and includes transport to the Northeast or Southeast. We prefer a home who has experience with pugs or similar breeds. Thank you for choosing rescue! We are volunteers with other commitments in addition to rescue. Our time is very limited. Therefore, we request a $20.00 donation through paypal in order to process and expedite your application. This shows that you are truly interested in adoption. Your application will remain on file for a year. Applications are available at www.eastcoasthumanesociety.com under forms/application. Donation should be made through Paypal at www.eastcoasthumanesociety.com. We are only available by phone after you have an approved application. All pets are located in the southeast. Transport is available to the NE for an additional $300.00 transport fee. We do not adopt in MA, RI due to import laws. Residents MUST pick up in CT. All dogs over 8 months will be spayed or neutered and heartworm tested. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated,microchipped, dewormed and treated for other parasites.
