Bandito came in with his sister Violet when their previous family could no longer give them the time and attention they desperately need. Bandito is a 30 lb., 3 year old male pug mix who has always been wtih his sister so they are bonded. They were living together outside, so have minimal house manners. Both are great with other dogs, cats and people big and small. They are used to leash walking. Meet Auggie Auggie is seeking a local, adult only home with a fenced yard and a similarly sized playmate! Auggie is an adorable 6.5 yr old, 15 lb Pug/Chihuahua mix who was picked up a stray and never reclaimed. He was highly stressed in the shelter and we didn’t hesitate to pull him when his time was up. Auggie is a sweet silly boy, a definite lap dog and does expect full furniture privileges. He loves toys! He enjoys going for walks and rides in the car. Auggie loves to play with other similar sized energetic dogs but is intimidated by bigger dogs. He is looking for a home with another small dog and will not be placed in a home with big dogs! . Older dogs may not appreciate his enthusiasm. He does okay with a dog savvy cat but for cats not used to dogs he would not be a good fit. Auggie is a resource guarder and because of this he will not be placed in a home with children. He has super sensitive hearing and will protect you from the UPS truck so apartment living is not in his future! Auggie is crate trained and housetrained. He is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, HW tested negative and on prevention. He does need to lose a couple pounds. Auggie has been in foster care for quite some time now and we really dont know why - we know the perfect home is out there somewhere! LOCAL INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE

Meet Evie! Evie was taken in by a friends’ older mom. She now realizes a puppy is too much work for her and my friend asked if I could take her in and find a better home for her. Evie was born 12-1-24 and weighs 10 pounds currently. She is current on all shots. We have scheduled her spay, microchip, and final DHPP for 4-8-25 and she will be ready to come home after day or 2 after that. She is a typical puppy, so her adopter(s) will have to work on crate/house training and puppy proofing the home. As a puppy, I’m sure she will be fine with other dogs, cats, and people of all ages as long as they know how to treat a puppy. The adoption fee is $250 to an approved and loving home. All vet records will be given to the adopter(s) at the time of adoption. To apply to adopt go to our website www.fureverfurkids.com *We do home checks for each pet before approving an adoption.* The application is to be completed prior to meeting the pet(s) you are interested in adopting. If they are still on the page, they are still more than likely still available. We do keep our website and Petfinder updated regularly.
