Story
Apply to Adopt Me! Duckette, affectionately called Duckie by her foster mom, is a very sweet little girl that is full of life. She is 8 years old and weighs 19 lbs. This possible Boston Terrier/Beagle mix with a beautiful brindle and white coat loves being outside investigating all the smells in the yard. She just loves to sit out in the sun watching for those pesky squirrels to run about - waiting to give chase. She has really come far in her skills in walking on the leash. She walks at a brisk pace, challenging her foster mom to keep up. Occasionally she will see one of those squirrels and try to go after it but comes back to the sidewalk pretty quickly. She had been around other dogs and is good with them. She enjoys their company and we prefer her to have a doggy sibling. She is good with meeting new people. Her disposition is quite chill. She can be in the room with you or go off and rest in one of the bedrooms by herself. She is now house trained - her foster mom takes her outside every 3-4 hours. Treats and toys don't motivate her. She does ride well in a car. She sleeps in her crate and holds it all night.  She would love a fenced yard where she can run and play in. She is loving and will make an extra special addition to your family.
