Story
We adopted Sadie a couple months ago. She is 2 years old. She would work better with a young active family. A real sweetheart. But husband has been going through cancer treatments. And it's not fair for her to not give her attention. She's a blonde pug mix. We think french bull dog.

Please contact Constance (connibouchard@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Important InformationPlease read!If you are interested in me after reading about me, please visit my site, http://www.breederadoptions.org and follow the instructions. The majority of the dogs we rescue, mostly breeder dogs, have lived their entire lives in less-than-ideal conditions so will need to be socialized, house and leash trained. Most have never lived in a house, walked on a leash, had a treat or sat in a lap. For many of them, their feet have never touched the ground after living for years on wire until they arrive at our main facility where they are evaluated, groomed and given vet care. Most of these dogs are not socialized and need to be cornered to be picked up, so are not suitable for people with physical disabilities or suffer from PTSD. They need folks who will make them the center of their world and help them learn to trust before even attempting to train. Please do not apply if you do not meet the requirements of the dogs we rescue. However, they will learn with time, love, patience and most of all, commitment. You must have an ample supply of all of these to reap the rewards of watching these very special dogs become your wonderful companion. We state any known health issues, all are altered unless there is a medical reason not to, which we will advise, any known medical issues addressed, are microchipped, are UTD on all vaccines and have been checked out by at least one veterinarian, usually two. We do not guarantee the health of any of our rescued dogs. The dogs we rescue have lived with other dogs all of their lives and most get along with other dogs. We state if they are dog aggressive. We require a permanent, full-time parent. That means you must be able to spend the majority of your time with your new companion to socialize and train. We do not, under any circumstances, place them in homes with young children as they have not been exposed to children and we do not know how they will react. Please do not waste your time or ours if you are not prepared to adopt within 2 weeks and you are not willing to pick the dog up at its location.Hi! Story
Juliet~~~This sweetheart purebred pug came to our rescue as a result of a divorce. It was an emergency out reach as the wife was leaving the country. Juliet is a seven year old pug who has always known a loving environment and is beautifully kennel trained, leash trained, LOVES car rides, people, other dogs, & kitties. Juliet is on a definite scheduled routine of potty breaks, playtime, & meals. She is at an excellent weight & healthy. Juliet is acclimated to being held & loves attention. Her personality is true pug--- delightful & chill; yet, knows when to have fun!! This girl's age is perfect for someone not wanting to go through the puppy stage, which can be challenging as well as exhausting. Juliet is the perfect companion! Juliet is not a loud barker, she does NOT have separation anxiety & is an absolute joy as a very easy foster pup. We know she would love a family to call her own who knows this breed. She would do wonderfully in an apartment or a house since she is not a loud barker & an excellent, well-behaved dog. We look forward to her happy ever after! Juliet has been examined by our vet. She does NOT have any heart murmur, eye issues & she tested NEGATIVE for heartworms. Juliet has been spayed, microchipped, & had bloodwork completed--- Her results were excellent. Juliet has a dental scheduled for next week. She has received dhpp, bordetella, rabies vaccine, as well as canine influenza bivalent, & leptospirosis vaccines. She is given Simparica Trio on the first of every month for heartworm and flea/tick prevention. All vaccines are given by our outstanding vet & vet techs. We email all veterinary records prior to adoption. Juliet is dewormed every two weeks. We provide our rescued puppies and dogs with the highest quality veterinary care as our own pets receive. Proper veterinary care is our number one PRIORITY and it shows in the health of our rescued puppies and dogs. My adoption fee is $400 and transportation fee is $350 from Houston, Texas to Denver, Colorado. We use the highest standard transporter in the industry. We have many happy adopters on both West Coast, East Coast, and Canada. We are pleased to provide referrals upon request. Our greatest goal is to properly match a rescued pup with the perfect adopter. We have over twenty plus years experience in rescuing pets. It is truly our greatest joy. Please check out her cute video & our website www.goldstarrescue.com. Thank you!
