Story
Ziggy is a fun and energetic 1 year old who needs an experienced owner that knows about Portuguese Water Dogs, can exercise him daily, lives in a home without young children, teenage age would be more appropriate and with a large backyard with a 6 foot fence. He is not good with young children because he plays too rough, he will knock them down or mouth their little hands and he will mouth the same way with small animals. He has very high energy and likes to jump high and needs a back yard with a 6 foot fence. He is up to date on all vaccinations, dewormer, flea and tick prevention. He is a purebred PWD and needs regular groomings. The reason why we are rehoming him is because we have small children and they have been mouthed and knocked down several times. He needs an experienced owner because it can be frustrating working with him, he has a very strong will and he can be stubborn at times. If any of this criteria cannot be met, then Ziggy will not be a good fit for you.
