Story
Jetty is a two-year old Portuguese Water Dog that we rescued at 16 weeks in NJ. We've raised him in our townhouse in Northern Virginia where we have worked hard to train and acclimate him to our lifestyle. Jetty is an incredible dog who is smart, loyal, obedient, an absolute sweetheart to our immediate and extended family. He is high energy and loves walks, training, mental games, hiking, and swimming. He will follow you from room to room and want to be involved in whatever youre doing. Hes a great companion for an active person with strict training experience, with a yard and or other dogs to set the tone. We're rehoming Jetty due to aggression issues that seem to stem from him being very nervous in our living environment which has led to a few bites. He deserves the opportunity for a life that is less stressful for him that gives him the space to relax and succeed.
