Story
Bentley is a 6 months old, very sweet shiranian or pomshi puppy who weighs only 8 lb. This designer pup was surrendered by his previous owners to our rescue as they could not afford a dog. Bentley is great with dogs, great with humans, and loves children. He loves his kitty foster brother and wants to keep playing with him, since the doggie foster siblings are too big for him. Bentley is only a puppy and gets stimulated easily at this time. But he also has the potential to turn into a lapdog when he has calmed down. Bentley has high puppy energy and loves to play fetch with his toy and will definitely need a home where someone has the time to devote to him. Bentley is very easily trainable, very treat motivated, obedient and sleeps through the night. Since his last owners did not have the means to vaccinate him, he has just started his vaccination schedule and needs all three shots before he can be walked outside. Therefore, he is following no paws on ground, and using puppy pads for safety. Bentley is neutered and microchipped. He is also kept on heartworm and flea preventatives, as well as being dewormed every two weeks. Bentley is currently being fostered in Houston, but can travel to any state, even Canada to the right home. To meet this sweet pup via facetime or whatsapp or in person, please send an application available at www.savesomesouls.com Yards, if any, must be fully and adequately fenced in order to adopt our dogs.

Story
Max is an active dog about 6 years old. I have one cat and they chase each other but get along. I have young kids and this is a challenge. I think the loud kids and activity make him nervous and he has snapped at them.

Story
Millie Marie is a 2-year-old Pomeranian weighing just 7 pounds, with a heart as big as her fluffy coat. Rescued as a stray in the Magnolia area by a kind-hearted good Samaritan, Millie is now in the care of Camo Rescue and ready to find her forever home. This tiny girl is working hard on potty training, leash walking, and basic commands, and she’s making fantastic progress. Millie Marie’s smarts and extreme food motivation make her a joy to train, and she’s eager to learn new things. While she gets along with other dogs, she appreciates having time and space to feel comfortable before becoming playful. Millie Marie can be fearful in new environments and needs a patient home to help her build confidence. She’s cautious about touch and prefers to see you approach before being handled. Her skittish nature means she’s a potential runner when scared, so a secure home is essential. Millie would thrive in an adult-only household, either as the only dog or with a calm, understanding canine companion. With love and patience, Millie Marie will blossom into a devoted and delightful companion. Adoption fee is: $500 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022

Story
Julian is a sweet and gentle 5-year-old red Pomeranian weighing 12 pounds. This little guy is as easygoing as they come, content to lounge on the couch or curl up beside you for a quiet evening. But don’t let his relaxed nature fool you—he LOVES going on walks and running around when he gets the chance! Julian is great with other dogs and does well with cats, making him a wonderful addition to a multi-pet household. He’s also comfortable in a kennel and has some potty-training experience. He has idiopathic epilepsy, but thanks to daily medication, his seizures are well-controlled, and the medication is inexpensive to maintain. Julian is currently with a foster in Conroe, TX, and his adoption fee is $250. Find the adoption application here: www.tpsrescue.com

Story
Meet Nicholas! This 3-month-old, 4.5-pound fluffball is packed with charm and personality. We expect Nicholas to grow to around 12 pounds when fully grown. He’s an adventurous little pup who loves exploring, playing with toys, and zipping around the backyard. When it’s time to wind down, you’ll find him snoozing on a cozy donut bed, recharging for his next adventure. Nicholas is kennel-trained and currently learning the ropes of walking on a harness and leash with his foster family. He’s making great progress with potty training, reliably using potty pads, though he’ll need continued guidance to transition to going outside. Nicholas does have a heart condition called Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), a congenital defect affecting the wall between his heart’s ventricles. Thankfully, a recent echocardiogram at Texas A&M showed no significant heart chamber enlargement. With just a follow-up in six months, Nicholas is expected to live a long, happy, and healthy life! He’s scheduled to be neutered in early February and is up to date on core vaccinations, microchipped, de-wormed, and on monthly flea and heartworm prevention. Nicholas is currently being fostered in COLLEGE STATION, TX, and will be ready for his forever home mid-February—just in time to be the perfect Valentine’s gift! His adoption fee is $800.
