Meet Charlotte (aka Charlie)! This little lady is an adorable 7 year old Pomeranian mix (our best guess). She is a little plump right now at 16lbs. Charlie was surrendered by her owner for unknown reasons and is a little nervous with the recent changes to her world. Despite her worries, she is polite, friendly and eager to follow her new human friends around the house, especially if they’re providing treats and scratches. She enjoys hanging on the couch with her people and napping comfortably throughout the day. Charlie is great on the leash, is crate trained, housebroken on a schedule and sleeps well throughout the night. She doesn’t mind other dogs but prefers having some personal space and time to relax. Based on her calm personality, we think she would likely leave cats alone and prefer a kid-free home. She would enjoy a quiet home and a family who will be dedicated to getting her down to a healthy weight. TATER TOT Male Pomeranian 6-8 years old Good with smaller dogs (he is dog selective) Not recommended with cats Not recommended with kids Appropriate for city living: No Meet Tater Tot Tater Tot is a middle-aged Pomeranian who walks a little wonky but has lots of love to give. Tater Tot was allegedly hit by a car and unable to walk. After a few days at Metropolitan Veterinary Associates, with good care, pain meds and lots of love, he started to recover. Bit by bit, day by day, he got better. He had no injuries consistent with being hit by a car and an MRI did not indicate any breaks but did confirm some changes in a few of his discs. None of this slows him down a bit! He loves to run even if it looks a bit wobbly! Tater takes a while to warm up to new people but once he loves you, he loves you with his whole heart. Tater Tot is going to need an extra special, patient family. He will be added to the website soon, but you can still submit an application at www.findingshelter.org. About CHARACTERISTICS Friendly, Affectionate, Loyal, Playful, Protective, Brave, Curious, Independent, Funny COAT LENGTH Long HOUSE-TRAINED No HEALTH Vaccinations up to date, spayed / neutered, special needs. Meet Baby! She’s a sweet pomeranian who loves cuddles, hugs and affection. Baby is smart, attentive and would make a great family addition. I am caring for my mother and my children have gotten older which leaves little to no time for me to attend to baby unfortunately. She loves snacks, can eat unseasoned bland cooked meat, rice and mashed potatoes. Loves comfy beds and blankets. !!! she does not do well with other dogs or cats.
