Story
Bailey is the sweetest, most playful dog and truly has such a unique personality. He is six years old, I got him in Colorado when he was a baby. I am unfortunately moving and am unable to bring him with me. He loves to play fetch and will play with you all day if you want to. Otherwise, he will sit next to you and sleep for most of the day. He also LOVES to be pet and scratched and will sit/lay on your lap while you pet him. He likes to be with you and will follow you around the house wherever you go when you are home, but he is used to being home alone while I go to work so that won't stress him out. He has never lived with another dog, however he has lived with multiple cats and was mostly fine with them. He would sometimes try to chase them out of my room or bark at them, but that was it. He has accidents peeing in the house sometimes so that is something you may have to work on with him again.

Story
Bear is a 6-year-old Pomeranian rescued from a rural shelter and he currently lives in a foster home with other little dogs. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations but he is heartworm positive and is currently going thru slow treatment due to his size. Treatment is a once-a month heartgard med and we are able to provide the med until he is cleared. No hard play for him but little walks and roaming in the back yard are great. Bear is very laid-back and independent. He does not need to be groomed as he has fairly short hair but he is combed daily. He is good with other dogs. He has improved tremendously but he still has accidents in the house and sometimes wears a diaper. An all-adult quiet and patient family would be perfect for this charming little guy. We are located in Palm City, FL and we'll accept only local applications (Martin, St Lucie, North Palm Beach) as he must finish his Heartworm treatment with his vet in Stuart (all paid by the rescue)

Story
Beautful 4 yr. Female Pomsky Blizzard is a 4 year old, beautiful, female Pomsky. She is beautiful, one blue and one black eye, active, upbeat and playful. She is approximately 30 lbs., has loves to play catch for hours, and will purr like a cat when cuddled. She gets along with all animals and children, cats un known. She loves to run outdoors and has a lot of energy. She's been with her family her entire life and wasn't exposed to too many people for the first two years of her life due to Covid isolation. Because of this, she may be a bit nervous at first when meeting you, but after a little while she warms up and will lick your face. If you put other animals and dogs on the television, she will sit and move her head side to side mesmerized. It's pretneeds. ty funny. Blizzard is in need of right person/family who will have time to play with her, preferably with a backyard, and can care for her with the love, patience, and attention she needs...    ***Adoption Fee includes Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Rabies, Parvo/Distemper and Bordetella vaccines, Heartworm Test, De-wormed, and current on monthly Heartworm and Flea/Tick Prevention.100% of all donations goes into saving the life of another homeless pet!  For More information Please Call: 954-380-DOGS  October 23, 2024, 5:30 pm

Story
For such a petite girl, Maggie Rose sure has a big, adorable personality that makes us all smile. She is quite the character, and is vivacious, fun, and silly. This little beauty is sweet and friendly, and loves to hang out with people, receive gentle affection, belly rubs, and play silly hand games. It’s truly a joy spending time with her.             Maggie Rose is a Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix, about 13 years old and 6 pounds. She has been at the rescue for 3 1/2 years. She was part of a bonded pair with her dear sister Emma Rose, who passed away recently. These resilient girls came to us after suffering horrible neglect, but responded beautifully to all the love and care they received at the rescue.              Maggie Rose is a happy, spirited lady, who would love to share her life with a kind, compassionate, gentle person. She suffered prior trauma to her lower back, which makes it difficult for her to walk much of a distance, but she does get around. She does not enjoy being on a leash, and all she needs is a little outdoor, safe spot to get sunshine and fresh air a few times a day. Maggie Rose gets along with other nice, gentle dogs, but she would be fine as the only dog in her new home.  She receives eye drops for dry eye, and is not on any other medication. If you believe you are a great match for Maggie Rose, please put in an application today. Please watch the video at the end of the photos to see more of adorable Maggie Rose.November 5, 2024, 4:31 pm
