Story
Grampaw is Wonderfully silly, Gangly, all paws & happy mouth. He's not bright but will surprise you w/ clever. He was adopted/ fostered from a lil mountain town, hours away from the concrete jungle. Our family can see the want of more space. He'd love a large yard or property to roam & a family to come back to. He loves car rides, pup cups & bubbles. He's 7-8 years old, but you can't tell. With little to no encouragement, He has a potty spot. Isn't that nice of him. Makes clean ups easier.

Story
Name: Emma
Age: 3 years old
Gender: Female
Neutralization: Completed
Breed: Pointer Mix
Color: Black and White Spotty
Weight: 46 LB (21kg)

Hello!! My human friends!! I am Emma, an energetic Pointer mix aged 3. I am a lovely girl with warm heart and brightness. However, people did not know me, and I was on the list of euthanasia at the city shelter. Fortunately, a kind rescuer saved me, and here I am. Now, I am sooooo ready to meet my lovy dovy happy family. I am very bright girl with full of charming energy. I love people’s attention and being petted. When meeting new people, my tail does not stop wagging and my ears get flat with happiness. My handler said that it was so difficult to take a picture of me with proper ear shape because they got flat all the time when I was with people. I really enjoy being companion with people and I assertively approach to them to be petted. If you rub my belly, I will melt down immediately for more petting. I am very good with new doggie friends. I usually say hi gently to them and then, just mind my own business. I can share treats with them and smell out each other to get to know. Though I am more interested in people and exploring new environments. Outdoor activities and exercising are my favorite things. As I am a Pointer, I need to consume my energy properly. Otherwise, I may get stressed out. I also need to take my potty break outside, so regular strolling is essential for me. I may get excited when I go for walk and pull on leash a bit but this should be settle down soon with some training, for sure. If you need a companion who can enjoy a lot of energetic activities together, I am here for you. 😀 If you see me, you will instantly realize how adorable I am. I have bright energy and easy-going personality. Let me spread my happy virus to you. We can have lots of fun adventures together!!

Story
Welcome Plexie to CCPAL Rescue Foster program. Plexie is a 2.5 year old Pointer/Lab is our best guess. She has beautiful markings and a lower coat and isn’t a big shedder. She is being fostered by a good Samaritan. She has 10 beautiful and very robust puppies. She is a great momma dog and she is very sweet to all people. She is friendly with the teen children in the home where she is now staying. She is good with other dogs and nice to strangers. She was relatively quiet at the Rescue and she is good on a leash. She is good in a car ride and knows sit command. She is also potty trained, vaccinated, healthy and ready for her forever home. She is a nice sized dog at about 65 pounds. We will spay her as soon as she fully dries up and she will be ready for her forever home. She did a good job when we clipped her toenails and didn’t have any reaction. She will make a great companion pet for a family. We think she will be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She is very tolerant to all the puppies and we honestly cannot see any negative thing about this amazing dog. She is currently in Texas and she can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpalrescue.org/ See her cute video.

Story
Hi, I am Nikki,I am a young adult who is very calm for my age. I still like to chew things but if you give me a good chew toy that works for me. I am full-grown and a medium size dog around 45 lbs./23 kgs or so. I love to be active, walking running, and playing frisbee on the beach. I still have lots of things to learn and would love a family of my own who would take the time to teach me the right way to do things. I am pretty good walking on a leash but of course, I prefer to be off leash to be free to run. I can be a bit shy with other dogs that I don't know but once I get to know them we can play, play, play!If you are looking to have a great dog who will love you loyally forever, then we could be a great match. Just fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Your Nikki. To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
Hi, I am Nutella, because I am the sweetest and good for you too!Thank you for checking out my profile, I hope you like what you see. I am an active young girl. I love nothing better than to go for a run or a hike with my people. Playing games that I can get exercise and fun is the best. All dogs are fun to play with!. I love balls and teething rings are my favorite; you know the ones you can have for babies? I will even return them to you if you throw them for me. I am pretty possessive of my toys and may not want to share them with other dogs.I am a smart girl, I learned how to use the doggie door to go outside for potty all by myself!Like I said I still have many things to learn but I am working on some basic commands like sit and stay. I know how to give a paw and my foster mom says that is so cute. I walk on a leash but sometimes I still pull if I see something interesting. I still prefer to run free.Right now, I spend a lot of time outside but I really would like to have a house to be in all the time. If you like what you hear and think I would be a good fit for your family, fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Lots of love to give.Nutella To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
MEET BUNNY! Bunny's journey is a testament to resilience and the transformative power of love. Discovered living amidst the dangers of a construction site and facing threats from workers, Bunny's early life was far from easy. But her path led her to us, and with a bit of patience and care, she has blossomed into a wonderful companion. Bunny is wonderfully trained—she’s comfortable in her crate, fully potty trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and is a calm and happy passenger in the car. However, she has made it clear that she cannot coexist with cats—there are no exceptions to this rule. She does, however, get along well with other well-balanced dogs and enjoys the camaraderie of a pack. Bunny is not just stunningly beautiful; she’s also incredibly kind-hearted. For the ideal adopters, a high fence is a must. Bunny has proven that she can climb any chain-link fence with ease, so her new home needs to be secure. If you're looking for a loyal and loving addition to your family, Bunny just might be the perfect fit. To add Bunny to your family, simply send us an email at springbranchrescue@gmail.com for adoption and fee information. She is wagging her tail and wiggling her butt at just the thought of finding her forever home and her story is just beginning. Her next chapter could be with you! Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.  We are thrilled to offer transport services every 3 weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest and the East Coast, ensuring that these incredible pets can find their way to you no matter where you are. This makes the adoption process smooth and convenient, allowing you to focus on welcoming your new family member with open arms. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future away from a city that has an animal crisis. We are heartbroken each day with the many incredible and loving animals found wandering our streets. So often are these animals dumped, abandoned, or born on the streets and never find a home to call their own. We are giving them the chance that every animal deserves. We know that since you are looking to add a furry family member to your home here, you will provide the love, care, and attention they need to thrive. Thank you for considering adopting and not shopping. ##2145623##
