Story
Have you ever wanted a dog that will love you unconditionally no matter what? Well look no further because Courage perfect dog for you! He is the kind of guy who’ll make you smile with his silly antics, yet melt your heart with his gentle, innocent nature. He’s a sweet, sensitive pup who thrives on love and companionship. With a playful spirit and a heart full of kindness, his innocence and charm will have you falling for him in no time! It also helps that he has the cutest little face perfect for smooching all over. Watch his video and fall in love with Courage: https://youtu.be/S24VtJmVIWI?si=Ij9DAiUHsZksPwdX Courage is a pointer lab mix approximately 1 year old and weighing in at just 45 lbs, this little guy packs a lot of personality and affection. Perfectly sized for any home. He is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. One of my favorite things about Courage is his silly personality!! Oh my goodness will this guy have you laughing non stop. His silly side really shows when you’re inside just hanging out. One second your there minding your own business and then there’s Courage, living his best life rolling all over the couch, playfully tumbling between the pillows with pure joy. He wiggles and squirms, paws flying in the air, as is the cushions were made just for his fun, building his own little fort out of them. You can’t help but laugh as he dives into the pillows, completely caught up in his own little world of bliss. It's a moment pure unfiltered happiness, and you can see how much fun he's having as he bounces from one pillow to the next, tail wags and all. Courage extends this same amount of pure joy to toys as well. Especially the with the toys that squeak. He would be a great companion to have around if you work from home too because of how easily he entertains himself. When he's not making you laugh with his goofy antics, he's curled up beside you soaking up all of the affection you have to offer. His silly side will keep you smiling all day, but when it's time to relax, he's the ultimate cuddle buddy. Courage loves to crawl into your lap, give you gentle kisses and roll over in hopes of belly rubs. He's the perfect mix of silly and sweet. Courage is dog friendly and loves to play with other dogs. He has a gentle and easy going play style that's perfect for romping around in the yard with friends. He's always up for some fun, and never too rough -- he's all about running around, hopping, and enjoying the moment. When he's not romping around with doggy friends, you'll find him snuggling up wit his people getting all of the affection, or exploring the yard. In a home he would be best placed with a fun-loving female that has a medium energy, one who enjoys playtime but also knows when it's time to sit back and relax enjoying the evening with their people by their side. Courage would also be great as your one and only companion as well. He does not need the company of another dog to help him feel comfortable, he's a happy smiley guy all on his own. There is also no shortage of affection around with this guy either. You'll find that he has enough love to share with everyone around him. Courage is currently in a foster home with 3 kids age 4-9, a female nonplayful older dog and a senior cat and thriving. His favorite people are the kids by far! Courage's ideal home would be with a family that would like to take their new companion on walks through out the neighborhood followed by cozy evenings curled up on the couch for movie nights. He enjoys backyard play sessions whether it's a short game of his version of fetch (chase and not retrieve) or simply running around to stretch his legs. If you enjoy a laid-back lifestyle with occasional bursts of play, Courage is the perfect companion for you. We are willing to test Courage with anything you need us to in order to ensure it’s the perfect match for you! We can make anything happen! Just let us know. You can join along on our private Facebook event page to follow their adventure, connecting you with other adopters and providing updates throughout their transport journey! You will get to meet your new pup over a video call before signing paperwork, creating a fun and personalized adoption experience! We have over 15,000 successful adoptions so far and have excellent Google Reviews: https://g.co/kgs/UQ5Pyai We care deeply about making the perfect match between dog and family for long term success. Our rescue has a 2 acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress! Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond. Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet. The rescue’s hard costs alone (excluding transport) for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,368. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the adoption fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. Transport is a significant additional expense to the rescue. While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that the rescue does not receive government funding and must fundraise to offset the remaining expense balance which ranges $100-1,000++ per animal on these direct costs. It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS: Extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers on our staff to ensure the perfect fit for your family Discounts on Embark DNA test kit- $30 off of Breed ID test & $50 off of Breed ID plus Health test 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion A free private online dog training session with GoodPup, plus low pricing for future sessions 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a delicious PNW based fresh dog meatballs subscription Coupons for a fun visit to Petco 20% off of Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions Discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! Did you know that the Greater Houston area faces some of the highest stray and overpopulation rates in the nation? We are a non profit charity. Our goal is simple— to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and by rescuing animals from the streets or overcrowded shelters where euthanasia due to lack of space is often the only option. The dog you've found online is not only lucky to be in our program, but also incredibly fortunate to have caught your eye. Thank you for considering adoption and for joining us in our mission! Story
Meet Bran – the Sweetest Little Snuggle Bug! Bran is a gentle, sweet-natured puppy with a heart of gold, just waiting for his forever home. This adorable boy might be a little timid when you first meet him, but once he warms up, he’ll be your loyal cuddle buddy for life. Bran absolutely loves snuggling up with his humans and thrives on affection and attention. Bran has been raised around multiple dogs and has no aggression at all – he’s truly a kind soul who loves the company of others, both canine and human. He’s also comfortable with cats and has been around our kitten, so he’d likely do well in a home with cats or other furry friends. With a healthy appetite and a love for chew bones, Bran has some favorite treats that he enjoys during his downtime. While Bran is a pro at sitting on command, he’s still working on his potty training skills (about 75% of the way there!). He’s a quick learner and, with patience and consistency, will pick it up in no time. He’s comfortable in his crate, sleeping through the night and resting peacefully when his people are out. Bran would make a wonderful addition to almost any household, whether you have other pets or he’s your one-and-only. His sweet, adaptable nature means he’d fit in well with just about any family. He’s ready to shower his new family with love, loyalty, and plenty of snuggles! To add Bran to your family, simply send us an email at springbranchrescue@gmail.com for adoption and fee information. He is wagging his tail and wiggling his butt at just the thought of finding his forever home and his story is just beginning! His next chapter could be with you! Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.  We are thrilled to offer transport services every 3 weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest, the Midwest, and the East Coast, ensuring that these incredible pets can find their way to you no matter where you are. This makes the adoption process smooth and convenient, allowing you to focus on welcoming your new family member with open arms. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future away from a city that has an animal crisis. We are heartbroken each day with the many incredible and loving animals found wandering our streets. So often are these animals dumped, abandoned, or born on the streets and never find a home to call their own. We are giving them the chance that every animal deserves. We know that since you are looking to add a furry family member to your home here, you will provide the love, care, and attention they need to thrive. Thank you for considering adopting and not shopping. ##2136640##

Meet Tank – Your New Adventure Buddy! Tank is a playful and energetic boy with a zest for life and a heart full of love. This smart, lovable pup is ready to bring joy and fun to his forever home. Whether you're hiking a trail, splashing in the water, or simply lounging at home, Tank is the perfect companion. At just the right balance of brains and brawn, Tank is crate trained, potty trained, and eager to please. He’s a social butterfly who gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is even cat-friendly! His love for water activities makes him a natural for beach days or afternoons at the lake, and he’s always up for a car ride to new adventures. Tank is neutered, up-to-date on all his vaccinations, and in great health. He’s more than just a good boy—he’s a great one! If you’re looking for a loyal, active, and loving addition to your family, Tank is ready to be your new best friend. While Tank is great with children, we believe he would thrive best in a home with older kids (10+). His playful energy and enthusiasm might be a bit too much for smaller children, as he could accidentally knock them over. Tank's ideal family will be ready to match his spirited personality and enjoy plenty of fun together! To add Tank to your family, simply send us an email at springbranchrescue@gmail.com for adoption and fee information. Story
Meet Tulip! She is currently 4 1/2 months old, almost 30 pounds, and we think she may be a Pointer/Boxer mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. Watch Tulip's video here: Tulip is playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly. This adorable girl has a very mellow attitude and loves to snuggle. She is cat-friendly, loves toys, and hasn't met a person that she won't consider to be a bestie. Tulip is quite the social butterfly! Her foster reports that she is sleeping soundly through the night. Tulip loves to play and then take lots of naps. Eat, sleep, play, repeat - such is puppy life! Tulip is still young so she will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Tulip's new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/6772d35dca5269d2420aa361 Please email jacquelynn@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $900.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW or the NE at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. Story
Name: Emma Age: 3 years old Gender: Female Neutralization: Completed Breed: Pointer Mix Color: Black and White Spotty Weight: 46 LB (21kg) Hello!! My human friends!! I am Emma, an energetic Pointer mix aged 3. I am a lovely girl with warm heart and brightness. However, people did not know me, and I was on the list of euthanasia at the city shelter. Fortunately, a kind rescuer saved me, and here I am. Now, I am sooooo ready to meet my lovy dovy happy family. I am very bright girl with full of charming energy. I love people's attention and being petted. When meeting new people, my tail does not stop wagging and my ears get flat with happiness. My handler said that it was so difficult to take a picture of me with proper ear shape because they got flat all the time when I was with people. I really enjoy being companion with people and I assertively approach to them to be petted. If you rub my belly, I will melt down immediately for more petting. I am very good with new doggie friends. I usually say hi gently to them and then, just mind my own business. I can share treats with them and smell out each other to get to know. Though I am more interested in people and exploring new environments. Outdoor activities and exercising are my favorite things. As I am a Pointer, I need to consume my energy properly. Otherwise, I may get stressed out. I also need to take my potty break outside, so regular strolling is essential for me. I may get excited when I go for walk and pull on leash a bit but this should be settle down soon with some training, for sure. If you need a companion who can enjoy a lot of energetic activities together, I am here for you. If you see me, you will instantly realize how adorable I am. I have bright energy and easy-going personality. Let me spread my happy virus to you. We can have lots of fun adventures together!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9llIlTwDg6Q&list=PLIsLTtIpe3JzewDjO_YZjw6S8DZTZAgbu we accept both Canada/US applicants ##2260909##

Name: Gaston Breed: Lab/Pointer Mix Gender: Male About Gaston: Gaston is a 4-year-old Lab/Pointer mix with boundless energy and a heart of gold! This friendly guy loves to be on the move, whether it’s taking long walks, playing fetch, or running with joy. Gaston’s enthusiasm for life is matched only by his friendliness towards people and other dogs. Good on a leash and well-behaved in the car, Gaston is ready to join you on all your outdoor escapades. He’d thrive in a home that loves adventure and has plenty of time for playtime. Ideally, he’d love a family with another dog to play with and kids who can keep up with his zest for life. Rescued from the streets of Tlajomulco, Gaston was found skinny and searching for food, but his noble and kind spirit remained intact. Now, he’s looking for a forever home where he can share his energy and affection with a family that loves the great outdoors as much as he does. They are currently in Mexico awaiting a family committed to a 10-day trial. If interested, please apply at www.northwestwagrescue.org.
