Meet Allegra - a gorgeous and affectionate Pointer/Dalmatian mix who is 5 years old and weights 70 lb . With her happy spirit and beautiful markings, Allegra is as stunning on the outside as she is loving on the inside. She&#39s a playful, energetic girl who absolutely adores being outdoors, chasing after her toys, and especially playing fetch - it&#39s one of her favorite games! Allegra is also very smart and eager to please. She has had professional training, walks well on a leash, and loves having a job to do. She would thrive with an active person or family who enjoys running, hiking, or other outdoor adventures. A fenced yard would be the perfect place for her to stretch her legs and play to her heart&#39s content. This sweet girl is people-friendly and enjoys being around children, though her playful energy means she&#39d do best with older kids who won&#39t get easily knocked over by her enthusiasm. Allegra is also dog-friendly and gets along well with the pups in her foster home, but she would be just as happy soaking up all the love as an only dog. Name: Cocoa Medical History: She is spayed and has previously received routine veterinary care. She is not currently on any medications. I can provide any records that I have available. Personality: She can be affectionate and enjoys being around people she trusts. However, she does struggle with anxiety and can take time to adjust to new environments. She has had some issues with house training and occasionally defecates indoors. She will sometimes get on furniture when not permitted and can be stubborn with commands. She would do best with a patient, experienced dog owner who can provide structure and possibly additional training. A calm home environment would likely be best for her. She has lived in a home setting and is familiar with being around people. With proper introduction she can coexist with others, but her anxiety can make adjustment difficult.
