He especially enjoys spending time with children and eagerly seeks out attention, whether that means cuddling on a lap or being carried around the house. He is making great progress with potty training and responds very well to a consistent routine and repetition, showing that he is a quick and eager learner. Chico has a strong sense of smell and loves to explore his environment by sniffing and investigating, which keeps him entertained and engaged. Like most puppies, he has bursts of playful energy and enjoys staying active throughout the day. He tends to chase cats if they run, purely in an attempt to play, so a home without cats will be the best fit for him. Around larger dogs, Chico can be a bit unsure at first and may bark or act cautious, but with time and gentle introductions he can warm up. He is alert and will bark at unfamiliar people initially, making him a good little watchdog, but once he feels comfortable he is friendly and affectionate.  January 11, 2026, 7:58 pm
