Story
Tila has been through a lot: abandoned at a remote hunting cabin in 2023, adopted, then heartbreakingly returned to the shelter when his owner passed in 2024. However, he's settled into his foster home like a proper boss and is ready to find his forever family — for real this time!
Tila's perfect forever family includes a top tier snuggle buddy, lots of outdoor adventures, and plenty of rides in the car — because nothing beats looking out the windows at the big world, knowing you’re not alone anymore AND you can also give people a piece of your mind from the comfort of your car seat! He would LOVE to have another dog in the house — especially a confident and playful one.
He enjoys yard time, loves going on walks and adventures (he's great on the leash), and expects his meals to be served promptly. He’s using the pee pads, but he’s also rocking a belly band just in case. He's also happy to serve as your own personal tiny but mighty security system — no batteries required, just treats!
When Tila first arrived, he had a firm policy regarding men: No. If you had a deep voice and a Y chromosome, Tila wanted absolutely nothing to do with you. His Foster Dad focused on winning him over the way all great men do — by offering snacks and respecting boundaries. And one day, against all odds, Tila walked up to Foster Dad, gave a long, dramatic sigh, and demanded to be pet immediately.
Just like that, Tila went from “Don’t even look at me” to “Move over, I need your lap” in record time. Now, he lounges on Foster Dad like the tiny, benevolent king he is, having come to a shocking realization: Men have feelings too. And perhaps they need a little love as much as he does.
This gentleman has an enormous heart and is searching for a forever home where he can spend the rest of his life in comfort, love, and on a lap.
