MEET THIS DYNAMIC DUO QUINOA & OAT Hello, I'm Quinoa, the Chihuahua, and I'm Oat, the Terrier. We're a bonded pair of adorable 10-month-old girls looking for a home together. Even though we know it may be hard to find a home together, it would break our hearts to be separated. In our foster home, we get along well with the cats and bigger dogs. If there are kids in the home, older kids would be best and we require a fenced yard. Quinoa: My foster mom says I'm the most lovable little dog in the universe. I enjoy cuddling and snuggling, especially when she calls me "Lovey." I'm a bit more timid than my sister, Oat, and I like staying close to Mom. Playing with my sister is my favorite thing to do, besides cuddling. I'm pretty good at going potty outside, but I don't like it much, so Mom usually carries me out. I weigh 14 lbs. Sometimes, if something startles or scares me, I have some dribbles. But Mom says it's okay, even people have accidents when they're scared. Oat: I'm the more outgoing one between us. I love car rides and adventures! Life, to me, is one big adventure, and I can't wait to start each day. When I'm not exploring, I love being held and carried around. Cuddling with our foster mom in the evenings is the perfect end to my day. I'm doing great with potty training. I can make it outside almost every time. Occasionally, I forget and potty in the house, but I'm trying hard. I'm not a fan of walking on a leash; I'd much rather be carried. At only 10 pounds, I'm pretty easy to carry. My favorite things are playing with my sister and the other dogs, snack time, playing with my toys, and of course, adventuring! We're hoping to find a family that will love us and treat us like the most wonderful beings in the world.

Landy’s ideal family is one that appreciates his independence and respects his boundaries. He’s comfortable around teenagers who can give him space and understand that he has strong opinions about being picked up—if it’s not on his terms, it’s best to let him be. The adoption fee is $850 and includes all vetting per our veterinarian: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter surgery, flea prevention, we inject or give 2-6 months of heartworm preventative, heartworm testing and heartworm treatment if applicable, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Pippa Bambi is the most adorable fox-dog hybrid I have ever seen! Okay, that isn’t rooted in science but take one look at her adorable face, pointy ears, bouncy movements, and itty-bitty body and tell me you don’t see the fox! Ill wait. She is the kind of dog that makes you squeal, maybe quietly so no one makes fun of you, when you see her the first time. Call it cuteness aggression if you want to because she sure is cute! This little thing is joy on little legs and thanks to her friendly nature, she is spreading that joy around freely. Pippa is estimated to be 11 months old (mid-November 2024) and is possibly a Chihuahua/Lab/Fox/Mini-coyote. Of course, we cannot guarantee age or breed given she is a rescue (and that breed combo is impossible.) We do guarantee people are going to be compelled to tell you how cute she is, and hearing it will feel nice because she is so cute and you know it! This girl is so fortunate to be waiting for her adoption day in a dedicated foster home where she has shown wonderful house manners, a proven great doggie-playmate, and a lover of snuggles. Given how much Pippa loves to play, we would love to see her in a home with a doggie playmate.
