As a pug mix, she is equal parts snuggle bug and pocket pal, and sassy fun! Story | Tootsie and her mama and brother were rescued from the streets of Texas, and recently made their way to Colorado! Other Dogs | Tootsie is great with other dogs, but is still teeny tiny! She needs safe introductions to make it comfortable for her to greet other pups. Cats | Tootsie has not been cat tested, but it is assumed she would do well due to her age and wonderful temperament. Children | Toostie would do well with kiddos, but needs gentle kiddos since she is still so small. She loves little people and would love to have siblings!Training | Tootsie is working on her potty training day by day! She follows her mama's lead, which is awesome!Leash | Tootsie is too little to walk on a leash currently, but she will learn as she grows! Activity Level | Low to moderate - she is your typical puppy, but a total pocket pal! Health Notes | Healthy as can be!Thank you! |  Adoption Donations |  Our adoption donations are $475 for dogs 8 weeks to 1 year, $425 for 1-6 years, $375 for dogs 7-10 years, and $250 for 11+ years of age. That means you can often meet a dog upon transport arrival and adopt before they even make it to this page!We can not guarantee that a dog you wish to adopt is available by the time your adoption application is submitted, processed, and approved.  Your application is good for 90 days from the time of approval for any dog as long as it is a good fit for your family and your lifestyle.March 8, 2025, 1:34 am

Story
Meet Nia! She is an easy going little dog. Her ideal day is spent with you on the couch, hanging out and cuddling. She is a sensitive older gal who doesn't like too much excitement or change to her routine. For this reason we recommend she be the only dog in the home (or possibly with one other small, calm older dog) and be in a child free home. She's a very sweet girl, she just needs a calm and consistent household! Despite being uncomfortable with dogs, she is passive with cats and shy but friendly with strangers. Put in an application at eapl.com Her adoption fee is $375 March 6, 2025, 10:24 am
