Oliver is a sweet but sensitive dog who experiences separation anxiety, often displaying signs of distress when left alone, such as scratching doors, digging at carpets, and whining. He has made significant progress with crate training and is doing well in that environment. Oliver tends to bond closely with his owner and can be reserved around strangers, requiring time to warm up to new people and situations. While he has shown some nervous behavior in response to being approached unexpectedly, he is otherwise well-behaved and good at the vet. Oliver would do best in a calm, patient home where his anxiety can be managed with love and consistency, and where he can feel secure and gradually build trust with new people.

I’ve lived with other dogs before, but I can be a bit unsure around them at first, so I’d need slow introductions and time to feel comfortable. Hi there, I'm Nemo, and I am a senior dog with lots of love and affection to give! I was returned to the rescue that I was adopted from as a puppy, when my momma passed away unexpectedly. I am mostly deaf at this point, but I don't let that stop me from being the best Neighborhood Watch Commander and letting my humans know about stuff happening outside. I am a very affectionate dog, I love food, and I enjoy being snuggly and getting belly rubs. Even though I'm a senior, I still have a lot of energy and love to go on walks. I am a very good dog who is good with most other dogs and with cats, and I am very loyal to my human friends and want to be with them constantly. I am a sweet and gentle dog who is hoping to find a loving home where I can live out my golden years. I have so much love to give and I am eager to find my forever home. If you're looking for a companion who will love you endlessly, look no further than me, Nemo! I can't wait to meet you and start our life together.
