Meet Milan! Milan is a 7-week-old bundle of joy weighing in at 7 pounds and already showing off his big personality. His mom is a 20-pound Dachshund mix, and while dad is unknown, we suspect there may be some Corgi mixed in—especially with his adorable looks and playful charm. Milan is a social, happy puppy who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and kids, making him a great fit for a variety of homes. He’s already excelling at house training and even knows the command sit, proving he’s both smart and eager to learn. This little guy is very treat-motivated, so continued training should be fun and rewarding. When he’s not working on his puppy skills, Milan loves playing tug-of-war and chasing a ball—classic puppy fun! Milan is sweet, playful, and ready to grow up alongside a loving family. If you’re looking for a well-rounded puppy with a great start in life, Milan may be your perfect match. 💙🐾

Story
Milo is a 7-year-old corgi with a big personality and a classic grumpy-old-man charm. While Milo isn’t a cuddler, he absolutely loves being pet and enjoys attention—just on his own terms. He’s happiest in calm, quiet environments with predictable structure and routine, where he can lounge nearby, get his head scratches, and then retreat to his favorite nap spot. He is very food-motivated and responds well to consistent routines. Milo can be vocal and reactive on walks, especially when he sees people or other dogs from a distance. Once he’s up close, he is not aggressive—just expressive and alert. He can do well with other dogs but may be a bit territorial, so slow introductions and clear boundaries are important. Milo would do best with a patient, experienced owner who appreciates a dog with personality and can provide a stable, low-stress home. Rehoming him is an incredibly difficult decision, but due to an out-of-state move, my priority is finding a home that truly fits Milo.
