Click Here to Sponsor Me!  Adoption APPLICATION: Muttsinneed.org/adoption-application   ** Application must be completed prior to a meet & greet.                                   Our Adoption Process:Muttsinneed.org/adoption-process  ** needs another dog in the home This little cutie is Rocky. He is a 4 month old survivor with a story that belongs in a movie. At just 10 pounds, he was recently rescued in Costa Mesa after a harrowing encounter with a pack of coyotes. Though he was saved by a kind passerby, no owners ever stepped forward, leaving this brave pup ready for a fresh start with our rescue. Because he spent his earliest months learning to survive on his own, he is currently a “quiet soul” who is still processing the fact that he is finally safe. He isn’t aggressive; he’s simply a bit shy and observant, waiting for the right person to show him that the world isn’t a scary place anymore. He is looking for a home that offers a calm, predictable environment where he can truly decompress and let his guard down and being the first person to show him what a peaceful life looks like. He doesn’t need much—just a soft bed, a steady routine, and a patient heart to help him transition from “survival mode” to “puppy mode.” If you have a quiet corner in your home and some extra love to give and a playful dog to show him the ropes, you could be the turning point in this little survivor’s life. Story
Meet Disco! He is a 6-year-old Papillon/Spaniel mix with the softest fur and the kindest, most soulful eyes. He’s an absolute sweetheart who loves to cuddle and be near his people, but he’s also perfectly content relaxing on his own when needed. Disco is crate trained, potty trained, walks nicely on leash, and is wonderfully quiet – no excessive barking here. He enjoys going on walks and soaking up the simple joys in life, whether that’s a stroll around the neighborhood or curling up beside you on the couch. Disco would do best with a female. He can be slow to warm up to men. Disco would make a loving companion for someone looking for a loyal best friend with a mellow, loving nature. If you’re searching for a dog who will bring comfort, companionship, and a whole lot of love into your life, Disco might just be your perfect match! If you are interested in adopting, please visit the I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue website and complete an adoption application: www.icaredogrescue.org/ready-to-adopt Adoption fee includes: spay/neuter • shots up to date • micro-chip • fecal and vet check Breeds and age are not guaranteed. Story
Gigi was found wandering the streets of Santa Ana, alone and unsure, until a kind stranger stepped in to help and brought her to AALOC. Despite every effort to locate her previous family, no one came forward. Now, this little survivor is ready for a fresh start — and a forever home where she will never be lost again. Gigi is a darling, full-grown petite girl weighing just about 10 pounds. Her soft, shiny black fur has a delightful “bedhead” look that seems to go in every direction, giving her an irresistibly charming personality to match. We believe she may be a Papillon/Chihuahua mix — whatever her lineage, she is 100% adorable. Sweet-natured and affectionate, Gigi loves being close to her people and thrives on companionship. She also enjoys playing with other small dogs and would do well with a canine friend her size. After fending for herself, Gigi deserves a safe lap, a loving heart, and a family to call her own. Could that be you? Please apply to adopt Gigi at www.AALOC.org. Once your application is reviewed and approved we will contact you to make an appointment to visit us at AALOC to meet Gigi and get to know her a bit. Adoption donation includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, and a microchip. Applications require a veterinary reference and home visit (in Orange County, CA). For more information on adoption policies visit our dog adoption page at www.aaloc.org. Contact us by e-mail at aaloc@aaloc.org or by phone (714) 893-4393.

Story
Milo came from a backyard breeder in Hesperia, where he spent most of his life outside in a cage through the heat and cold. When he was rescued, he had never walked on grass, worn a collar, or been on a leash. He was thin and malnourished, and the world was big and scary. With patience and love, everything changed. Now about 11–12 months old, Milo is neutered, fully vaccinated, and his personality has blossomed. He’s a happy, wiggly little dog who greets you with a constantly wagging tail. We believe Milo may be a Cavalier and Border Collie mix. He weighs about 16 lbs and has a unique right eye with a small portion of blue. He has a beautiful coat and the sweetest, mellow temperament. The best part? Milo is truly a dream companion: • Potty trained • Leash trained • Rarely barks or whines • No separation anxiety • Loves fetch and belly rubs • Wonderful with adults, kids of all ages, dogs, and even cats • Knows some basic commands Despite his difficult start, Milo is incredibly gentle, loving, and trusting. Now he’s ready for the one thing he’s never had — a forever family. If you’re interested in meeting Milo, please contact: Lin – 1000 Orphans Dog Rescue 📞 (949) 331-6299 🐾
