Meet me at PawSafe, 348 Old Colony Rd, Eastford CT Meet Klaus, the sweet and silly 5-year-old Newfoundland with a heart of gold. With his jet-black fur and soulful eyes, he captures the hearts of everyone he meets. Who can say no to this big beautiful boy!!? Klaus has always been a playful 130 pound giant, known for his cheerful demeanor and affectionate nature. He is always in a constant state of excitement, and his favorite place is by your side 24/7. His nickname is Magnet because he is always in need of his humans presence and to always be one step behind you with his big drooly smile. His most favorite thing to do is stare at you with his big puppy dog eyes and then paw at you until you give him attention. He is always eager to greet new friends with a wagging tail and a big, sloppy kiss. With his lovable personality, Klaus loves all humans big and small but can be overly excited and be a bit overwhelming to small kiddos who can't handle his big size. He needs some basic training to help him work on his jumping. He loves having furry friends over for a romp in the fenced in yard but does better with bigger dogs since he is a dominant male who likes to show other dogs who's boss. Smaller dogs are not a match for him since he is very overwhelming to them. When he's not busy being the best furry friend anyone could ask for, Klaus enjoys lounging in the sun, going for long walks in the park, and accompanying you wherever you go. Especially if it's water! He loves splashing, getting muddy and showing all his dog friends where the best swimming spots are. His smart, playful antics never fail to bring a smile to the faces of those around him. **With his sweet nature, affectionate spirit, and unwavering loyalty, Klaus is truly a one-of-a-kind companion. He brings joy and laughter wherever he goes, making him one of the best Newfie boys ever! He deserves a loving home who will spoil him with treats, kisses and a big ole bed to enjoy snuggles on!!
