I’m sweet and playful, although I can be shy as it takes sensitive Russian Blue mixes longer than most cats to adjust to their new environment and new people. You see, I showed up as a friendly stray in my future foster meowmy’s yard, and after befriending me with yummy food, she eventually coaxed me inside. That’s when she realized that I was pregnant, and I delivered my litter of five kits a month later. Thank heavens my kits are now weaned, and I’m now permanently retired from being a doting momma. I’m enjoying all the luxuries of indoor life – brimming food and water bowls as well as climate control and safety from predators. I pretend that I only tolerate Foster Meowmy’s hugs, kisses, coos, and cuddles, but I actually appreciate her affection and attention after living paw-to-mouth for so long. I also enjoy playing soccer with catnip mice and pom-pom balls, and I’m so enthusiastic with my excellent scratching-post-manners that I make the cardboard scratcher into a toy!
