Story
Meet Sophie! She is a lab mix that I got from the shelter when she was three months old. I brought her home and within two days realized she had Parvo, and she spent ten days in the vet being treated, but came out alive! She has been a great dog for ten years. As time went on with her it became evident that she did not like children. We now have two small children. A three year old and nine month old. We thought she would adjust and adapt to having kids around since they were our own, but she has not. This is the reason we are having to rehome her. We do have another dog she gets along with. Human wise she likes females better but gets along with men as well. She is a sweet dog. Fully house trained. She needs to be in a home with NO children whatsoever. Not even children coming to visit. She was my baby for ten years and I felt like I saved her life from Parvo, so I am really hoping to find her a Fantastic home to finish her life at!

Story
I rescued Penny from my work. She was scavenging for food and extremely malnourished. I have taken her in, gotten her shots, she has just been spayed and is mostly potty trained but does need a pad if you are going to be gone long. She is approximately 11-12 months old, we really arent sure based on her being a stray/rescue. We have had her for 8 months. I truly wish she could stay, but we are a special needs household with too many animals already. Great with my kids, other dogs and she is sweet on our cats. She is some type of hound mix. Not prone to barking unless she sees a deer run by. Must have fenced space for her as she was a stray and may wander off 🙂
