Ruby came from the SPCA thee years ago after being returned twice. We have done well together as long as I keep him from other animals and running kids. I am about to become a grandmother and can't risk having him around little ones. He would be fine as an only, preferably with land for walking

Story
This is Mini. She was abandoned and left at a public building in Syracuse by an unknown person. She is extremely friendly and likes to be active which makes her a great companion if you have fitness goals. She is very strong and fast so hold tight to her leash! Mini is about 1 year old. She likes to cuddle and sit near heater vents on cold days. She is house trained although she might try and join you in bed at night! Mini gets along with children (the youngest is 4) and many other dogs. She had also been in house with a rabbit which she learned not to chase (Rabbit stays caged.) We are looking for a good home for her because she is genuinely a good dog that deserves a loving home.

Story
Rue was given to me as a gift. I am not around enough to give her the attention she needs. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. Would be best suited in an active house, probably without smaller kids as she gets excited and jumps on people. She grabs pant legs and tries to herd small kids. She gets along with other dogs but doesn't have experience with other animals. Just turned 1 on October 9th. She is crate trained. Is crated all day, sleeps in bed all night. Loves water and will literally get in the bath with you. Pulls on a leash, I admittedly don't have much time to walk her regularly, she loves walks. Will come with her crate, leash, chip info so she can be registered to her new owner (free) and whatever toys she has worth passing on. She's a good girl but needs someone who is around more often than I am, someone who can train her properly. It's not fair to her that she spends so much time alone.

Story
I'm an overly loving dog who will curl up with you all day but love my own space when sleeping. I do not like any other animals but people are my absolute favorite. I'm getting old and my legs aren't what they used to be but I'm healthy considering. I'm calm during bathing and will even let you put sweaters on me or paint my nails. I love watching you cook if it means I get a little bite. I get excited for guests come but the mailman is cue to bark. Not a fan of car rides. They give me anxiety and make me cry. My family loves me and wants me to have a home that will also love me.
