We adopted Oakley in October as a companion for our other dog. He is rambunctious and high energy which proved to make him a poor companion to our other dog who is a more mellow couch potato. He is also a grade-A snuggler and an overall sweetie. We are sad to have to rehome him but we have to keep the peace in our home and want him to be safe.

He needs a home where he can run around and get lots of attention. He is fully house-trained and loves walks, car rides, playing fetch with a tennis ball, and playing in the snow. He also loves his crate, which I leave open during the day, and he will sit in it. He is not good with other dogs but loves adults and kids. I hope to find a very loving and caring couple or family that can give him the time and attention he deserves!

Everyone comments on how sweet he is! He needs a home where he can get lots of attention. He is fully house-trained and loves walks, car rides, and sitting beside you wherever you are, along with lots of belly rubs and pets. He also loves his crate, which I leave open during the day, and he will sit in it. He is good with other dogs but loves adults and kids. **SEEKING EXPERIENCED ADOPTER FOR OUR BABY BOY WITH FEARFUL ANXIETY AND SENSITIVITY** For the right person, Oliver will make the perfect companion. We are beyond in love with him and have had him for 4 years. This post comes with a very heavy heart. We adopted Oliver in 2020 after he was found abandoned on the streets of Puerto Rico. We do not know what trauma he experienced but it left him with fearful anxiety and a hyper sensitivity to noise, new people, boxes, new environments, etc. With us, Oliver behaves like any other dog. He is playful, cuddly, loves running in our backyard, greenies, and snuggling in your leg nook. With strangers he is very fearful. He will retreat and does not do well with eye contact from new people. He takes repetition to get used to new individuals. Unfortunately, Oliver is not reacting well to our new daughter and is too unpredictable around children. We are seeking a person or couple with no kids who will put the time in to build a relationship with him.

Brady was Rescued from the Virgin Islands, when he was about year old. He is not big but he is stocky. He loves being the center of attention. He has a huge personality! His favorite game is tug. He loves to run and thinks he part reindeer and jumps high. He is very curious and likes to explore his environment. He and his little bestie grew a bit older, two unexpected factors arose. Sadly, his little human developed an allergy that she is struggling with. The second factor arose when Brady was determined to protect his family and didn’t hesitate to tell strangers and other dogs to stay away from his home. Brady went to a behavioral trainer and received a behavior evaluation by a trusted trainer who stated Brady seemed very well adjusted with good recall and manners, He just needs to be introduced to people slowly after a few minutes he is doing much better now with treats. The ideal home would be someone with time & patience to retrain him. Older children and no other pets.
