Story
Noah is a 10 year old Potcake rescued from the Bahamas when he was 4 wks old. I adopted him when he was around 2 years old. He’s such a sweetheart and smart. He will adapt to your commands and your home. He is sedentary and overweight. He is self sufficient if needed to be. He loves hard to a point to where he resource guard. The owner prior to me started out well but ended with Noah staying in kennel at home, alone until the owner threatened to euthanize him. His new family will be adults only in a quiet home. He would like some help with his weight, he has bad hips, it’s been a few years now. It’s gotten worse but there is still a humph left that. He does need to see a vet. It’s been 5 years. He might have diabetes, was never able to afford the tests. He is not very active but he does like to walk around the ocean or the lake. Not a good swimmer.

Story
Daisy needs older children, is okay with other dogs but can exhibit guarding of toys/food items. We are looking to re-home Daisy due to an issue she has with one of our other dogs. We have an epileptic dog that when she has a seizure Daisy will attack her. Daisy loves people, snuggling, and going on walks. She is very good motivated and is a quick learner. We feel that Daisy would be best as an only pet, but had lived with both cats and dogs. Aside from the guarding behavior and the aggression when witnessing the seizures, she enjoys playing and living with other dogs. Daisy does not require any medication and has a standard diet.

Story
Harley is a sweet 7 year old boy who just needs love and patience. He is a little nervous but he’s quiet, loves his crate and to snuggle on the couch with you. He is healthy and happy and needs a home that can be patient with his nervousness at times around new people, we believe he was abused before we got him, and somewhere he loved and appreciated for the amazing boy he is. I am in a position where I do not have a choice and am forced to move that I cannot take him with me. This was my last option and I am now running out of time and just want to find him a loving home he deserves. We are located in coventry CT

Story
Cooper is a shy, sweet boy who kisses our cats. Due to the pandemic and my working from home at that time, it brought out separation anxiety in him after my return to the office. Cooper is on medication for anxiety. Due to complaints from a neighbor and threats to call the police, his size, and barking have required Cooper to remain on a leash in his own yard. We do not have up to date fencing in our yard. Our other neighbor’s grandchildren teased him to the point that he can no longer be around children. Cooper deserves to have someone give him what we are not able to. He needs exercise, and assistance with separation anxiety. He is a good dog.

Story
We adopted Oakley in October as a companion for our other dog. He is rambunctious and high energy which proved to make him a poor companion to our other dog who is a more mellow couch potato. He is also a grade-A snuggler and an overall sweetie. We are sad to have to rehome him but we have to keep the peace in our home and want him to be safe.
