Story
Meet Cowboy! Cowboy is a sweet, shy boy with a heart full of love, ready to find his forever home. This gentle soul may take a little time to warm up, but once he does, he’ll be your most loyal cuddle buddy. Cowboy thrives on affection and will happily soak up all the love you can give. 🐾 About Cowboy: 💙 Loves: Snuggling, pets, belly rubs, fetch, tug-of-war, being chased/playing keep-away, and bone chew toys (his absolute favorite!). 💛 Likes: Looking out of windows, visiting pet stores (he sits proactively for treats!), and long walks. 🌟 Characteristics: Affectionate, playful, curious, energetic, protective, smart (does well with enrichment toys), gentle, quiet, and patient. 👍 Positive Behaviors: Potty trained, crate trained, good in the car, treat-motivated, and welcoming to guests. 🔧 Needs Some Work: Chews on household items (socks, shoelaces, blankets), pulls on walks and lunges at other animals (he’s strong when he does this!), and nips/bites clothing or arms for attention when his humans work from home. 🏡 Ideal Home for Cowboy: No very young kids. Likely best with another dog to help burn energy. A yard is highly recommended for playtime. Best suited for someone with an active lifestyle. Cowboy is currently in a foster home—if you’d like to meet him, please contact Kristen at 440-376-7995 to set up a meeting. Could you be Cowboy’s perfect match? He’s waiting to meet you! 🐶💙

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi my name is Reuger. I am a 11 week old mountain cur mix currently staying with my brothers and sisters in a foster home. I am about 9 pounds but my foster mother says I can get up to 50 lbs when I am grown. My foster mom says I am smart but stubborn and very energetic. I am still working on my pad training .I have so much fun playing I forget I have to go until it’s too late to get to the pad but I am getting better at it and am sure I will have it down pat soon. I do love to cuddle and get all kinds of love after I am done playing. You May have to wait a few but I make up for it in lots of kisses!Do you have room in your home and heart for me? You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi my name is Wesson. I am an 11 week old mountain cur mix currently in foster with my brothers and sisters. I am 9 pounds but will be close to 50 pounds when I grow up. My foster mom says I am so smart .In just a week I have learned to go on the puppy pads and I am now learning to sit.I love playing just as much as I love sitting by myself chewing a bone or toy. When I see a person though I drop everything and sit and look at them with what my foster mom calls”the most adorable puppy eyes” until I get picked up. It works every time. My foster mom says I am one of the more energetic and inquisitive of my family. I am always finding new things to play with and new areas to explore. Can I come explore your house?
