Story
Born 6/1/22 Guava is a female Yorkie mix weighing about 10 lbs. Here is a little bit about her according to her foster mom: She is crate trained and potty trained. She loves running and playing in the yard with her foster brothers and would do best in a home with a small, energetic dog her size; or more. She is very interested in birds and loves to "talk" to them and chase. She is especially interested in the neighbor cat but is doing well at respecting his boundaries. Guava loves to snuggle her person and is most content on her person's lap or close by. She is very vocal, loves to "talk", whimper and look you straight in the eye, nose to nose to get her point across. Areas for growth: she tends to dig in the yard but since she’s small she doesn’t do much damage, and she can destroy stuffed toys pretty efficiently! Guava is still young and would benefit from having access to tougher dog toys and chew bones. Overall, she’s described as a super sweet, eager to please girl with lots of personality! She will require a lifetime of regular grooming to keep her looking her best. Preferred homes will have a securely fenced yard, and if there are kids in the home, over the age of 5. Story
Born 10/15/21 Coconut is a female Yorkie (possible mix) seeking a forever home. Here is a little bit about her: she is an energetic pup who loves to play and for a petite girl, she can jump high! She is very affectionate with her people, loves attention and is an incredibly loyal companion. Coconut’s super soft fur and will require a lifetime of regular grooming to look her best. Coconut is crate trained and potty trained in her foster home. However, like all new dogs, will take a bit of time to learn the ropes in her new place. Her ideal home would be one with a secure 6 foot fence, and if there kids in the home, over the age of 5. She would love to be an only dog and the center of somebody’s world, however she could be okay with canine siblings. Coconut prefers the company of male dogs over female, but with the right blend of personality would be fine with either. She also has been around dog savvy cats and done well.
