Story
We have made the extremely difficult decision to look for a new home for our seven year old morkie (Maltese/yorkie) Baron. We love him but don’t feel we have the capacity to give him the care he needs in this season with a 2 year old and baby. Baron is around 12 pounds, loves walks and treats, and is the snuggliest guy you’ll ever meet, but we strongly suspect he was a puppy mill dog, so he has some pretty severe anxiety and does best when kept on a steady stream of daily Prozac. His ideal home would be one with no other dogs, no kids (he is not a fan), and an owner who is home often and has more time and mental capacity to spoil him. He is also a stereotypical little man guard dog who will bark down (or try to) any perceived threat, so a home with less foot traffic visible from the house would be the dream. He is house trained but absolutely hates to be crated so would do best with someone home often or okay with allowing him to roam.

Story
Some pets are in the Shelter and others in Foster homes. Please read the bio & email the address listed in the bio.   Additionally for CATS you  may email  JShelton@eulesstx.gov and for DOGS, email trinitygapclub@gmail.com       Meet our sweet little Malta!  He is one super cute 12 year old little senior who was abandoned at the shelter.   Sadly, he may have been discarded due to his health issues.  Malta has a significant heart murmur and poor vision and hearing loss.  However, his charming and extremely loving personality makes you fall in love with him in spite of his health issues. He most certainly deserves a loving home in his last years.  His foster mom says he is an amazing doggie who does great with other dogs.   He lets her know when he needs to go potty and when he wants to eat.  He is a wonderful little guy.  Malta is a malti-doodle who loves everyone he meets.  His little heart may have a murmur, but it is full of love for anyone who will love him back.  If you would like to give Malta a loving home for his last few years, please email wendee@sterlingtile.netNovember 5, 2024, 3:48 pm
