Story
Meet Hamlet,  Hamlet is a spunky, loving yorkie mix, he is about 1 yr old. He loves to be around people and will become your lap dog. He is about 4.5lbs, small but mighty.  Hamlet is good with other dogs of all sizes and fine with cats, as he just might want to play with them. He will become your best friend and want to be around all the time.  Sadly, Hamlet and 3 other dogs were left in a walmart parking lot in the cold, in a small crate. A nice, wonderful lady went and picked them up for us and even though she couldn't keep them. The lady transported them to us. If interested please follow these steps: 1. fill out and submit an application online at: https://form.jotform.com/240361716308149 2. Please send in home and yard photos for approval. *please note: We like to do 2 week Foster to Adopts on adult dogs,so the dogs don't have to move around as much and they can bond and make sure they fit into your home before completion of adoption.* Dogs adoption fee's will include vet visit/exam, spay/neuter, microchip, blood work up/dental if vet says it is needed, dewormed, up to date on shots (DHPP and Rabies, Bordetella can be done if requested we don't do it normally as we don't have the dogs in boarding, dog parks or high risk locations), Current on 1 dose of flea treatment in case they brought any with them from CA.  If anything isn't mentioned please ask. Adoption fees vary $300-$500 depending on the dog and medical care needed/required. Adoption fee for each dog will be noted in write up. ##2334043##

Story
Meet Layla, a sweet and playful 7lb Maltese who is just about to turn one in May! Layla is as loving as she is adorable. She’s great with dogs of all sizes, and her friendly nature makes her an instant companion to anyone she meets. She loves being the center of attention and will follow you around, eager to be by your side, whether you’re out shopping or just lounging at home. She’s great on a leash and enjoys short walks outside. She’s always on alert, ready to let you know if someone is at the door with her little bark. Though Layla has been introduced to a crate, she’d much prefer to sleep in a cozy bed beside yours, and she’ll let you know if she’s not fond of being confined. She’s also doing well with potty training, and she loves cuddling up in her bed for a good nap. Layla’s a little social butterfly. If you’re working at your desk or watching TV, she’ll happily curl up in your lap or sit beside you, content to just be nearby. If you’re busy with other things, she’ll happily settle on her own bed or play with her favorite toy, checking in on you every now and then to make sure you’re not going too far. Road trips are one of her favorites. She’s great in the car and loves her little seat beside you. She’s also a big fan of spa days and comes back looking fresh and feeling fabulous after visiting the groomer. 🥰 Sadly, when Layla came to us, we noticed she wasn’t using her back right leg. After an X-ray, our vet confirmed that she had an old fracture that is due to trauma or genetic factor that requires femoral head ostectomy surgery, a procedure used to relieve pain from hip dysplasia, arthritis, or traumatic injuries. Sweet Layla recently underwent FHO surgery to help her regain mobility and live pain free. Right now, she's in the early stages of recovery, resting comfortably in her crate and getting lots of love and care. The vet has prescribed two weeks of strict rest along with pain and anti-inflammatory medications to help her heal. She has a follow up appointment in two weeks, where will check her progress and see how she's doing. Layla is such a strong girl, and we can't wait to see her get back on her paws! Stay tuned for more updates as she heals. You can follow us on instagram or facebook to see these updates sooner @k9oasisrescue (: We’re hoping to find a patient and loving forever home that can provide Layla with the care she needs as she heals. If you have experience with hip conditions or are simply someone who can offer a calm, loving environment, Layla will flourish with you. Her adoption fee is $3,000, and any donations to help cover her medical costs are greatly appreciated. If you’re interested in adopting or donating, please reach out to us for more details. Thank you for considering Layla, and we hope to hear from you soon! ❤️ Located in Hesperia, CA. We offer out-of-state adoptions and can arrange transportation to your location, provided that the transport expenses are covered.

Story
Meet Yuki! Yuki is the kind of dog who brings warmth and joy wherever he goes. He is a 5 month old Bichon Maltese mix weighing in at 10lbs. He is a little bundle of happiness with a soft, snow-colored coat and the sweetest, colored eyes. His name means “snow” in Japanese, and like a fresh snowfall, he makes everything feel a little brighter. At night, he settles into his crate without a fuss, sleeping soundly until morning but he would enjoy sleeping in a bed beside yours if you prefer🥰 During the day, he follows a routine, heading outside for potty breaks and doing an excellent job sticking to the schedule. We have introduced the leash to him although it is still fairly new, he seems to be excited for walks outside. He’s eager to learn and finds comfort in structure, but he’s also incredibly easygoing, rolling with whatever the day brings. Yuki gets along with dogs of all sizes, greeting everyone with a wag and a gentle curiosity. He loves sunbathing, stretching out by the pool like a tiny prince enjoying his kingdom. When the sun sets, he’s just as happy curling up on your warm lap, watching a movie with his toys and plush blanket. Car rides bring out his goofy side. He sits in his dog seat, determined to reach his little nose out the window. Even though he’s small, he gives it his best shot, ears flopping in the wind as he takes in the world around him. He also handled his first grooming appointment like a champ, making it clear that he enjoys a little pampering. Yuki is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations. We’ve sent out a fecal sample for testing, so his adoption fee will be updated once we receive the results as he may need additional vetting. For now, he’s waiting. Waiting for the person who will scoop him up, hold him close, and make him theirs forever. Located in Hesperia, CA. We offer out-of-state adoptions and can arrange transportation to your location, provided that the transport expenses are covered. We have a transport leaving for NorCal/Oregon on April 25 and would love to include him on the trip for the right home ❤️🐾 Get in touch with us today and share details about yourself, the loving home you can provide, and your experience with the breed. We will be in contact with you shortly. Thank you!
