Story
Come meet me and 100+ of my adoptable friends at Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue's MEGA adoption event, Home for the Holidays! Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at the Warren County Career Center from 11am - 3pm! Meet Rudy! This 8-month-old Yorkie-Chihuahua mix is a bundle of joy with all the adorable, spirited energy you'd expect from a young pup. At 12 pounds, Rudy is a perfect pint-sized companion who gets along well with other dogs. He's crate trained, although he's still learning his way around housebreaking. Rudy would thrive in a home that can keep up with his playful spirit and help him master those last bits of puppy manners. If you're looking for a little dog with a big heart and lots of personality, Rudy might just be your perfect match! Rudy is currently being fostered in the Cincinnati, OH area. His adoption fee is $400. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at the Warren County Career Center from 11am - 3pm! Meet Lil Girl, an almost 5-year-old, 10-pound Yorkie who has the biggest round puppy dog eyes and will be sure to use them to her advantage. Lil Girl has been a puppy mill momma her whole life. She has shown great results in a short amount of time learning to be a dog. She has enjoyed playing outside while in her foster home and loves being free to explore. Lil Girl sleeps through the night and feels safest when near her humans at bedtime. Crate training, potty training, and leash training are all a work in progress. Lil Girl loves receiving pets, sitting on laps, and enjoys bath time. Lil Girl would love to find someone who has a lot of patience and love to give and to help her realize the good life she deserves and to be treated like the queen that she is. Lil Gurl is fostered in the Cincinnati area. Her adoption fee is $450.00. Story
Nala is a great girl who knows who and what she likes. She is approx 4-5 years old and 6 lbs. She had the biggest bladder stone removed we have ever seen. A visit to the vet showed she had new stones. We have changed her diet and will monitor. She is a typical Yorkie. Stomps her feet and demands you wait on her. She is crate trained and will use a puppy pad if she can find it. She also goes to the door to go out with the other fosters. She will sleep right next to you. In order to find her a home, the rescue is willing to continue her care for the stones. The adopter would be responsible for the rest. Please reach out if you want to discuss her. Freds Mission Rescue has an adoption radius of 100 miles from Cincinnati. All dogs are fully vetted, altered, current on flea/tick/heartworm/wormer, and microchipped. The rescue does not adopt out to properties with invisible fences or tie outs. Application: https://form.jotform.com/FredsMission/app
